      Do it. Look up maps of all the total solar eclipses happening in the next 20 years and see if there is one you can travel to and don't forget when the time comes to plan a trip.
      There are 4 I'm considering from 2033 to 2045. I intend to attempt to see every one of them, if I'm alive. It's so worth it. I lived in the path of totality for the 2017 eclipse and after seeing that, I vowed I would do whatever it took to see the 2024 eclipse. Some people say "oh I don't wanna make a special trip for that." Or "oh I don't have the money to travel right now." Don't make that mistake.
      If a person literally doesn't have the money, I totally get it... But I literally only had a gas guzzling vehicle with well over 200k miles on it, a sleeping bag, some snacks and about 100 dollars in the bank when I left for a 3 day road trip to the path of totality for the eclipse on April 8th. I shouldn't have. I needed to work. But it was totally worth it.
      I'll be saving up for the next several eclipses in the US. 2 in Alaska, 1 in Montana/Wyoming, another going across the entire country again. Surely to God by then I can afford to travel.

      Today there was a lot of rainfall in my country and area which is in southeast asia (to the point it looked like it was evening) and there was multiple floods in my area. So yeah i can say its a cloud eclipse. • @mistyize
      @mistyize 7 месяцев назад +5

      No! That's just the effect of the camera! You HAVE to see one in person! See when the next one will come around near you, and plan for it, no matter how long it'll take! You'll absolutely love it. People can take pictures of it all day long, and there are some cool shots out there, but they still have nothing on seeing it personally, I promise! In person, the moon blocks the sun so much that in totality, you don't need the glasses anymore, and you can see light like you've never seen light before. I could see the solar flares with naked eyes. It was amazing.

    • @mannys9130
      @mannys9130 7 месяцев назад +3

      The moon is essentially the same size as the sun in the sky. That's why this is possible. The moon does vary in distance from the earth because the orbit isn't perfect and it wobbles around like we do on its axis, and our orbit around the sun is not perfectly round either. So some total solar eclipses are brighter or dimmer depending on how big the sun and moon are in relation to each other in the sky at that moment.
