Could be that the weaker the will, the more changed your other version is? Or the sense of self. I could be wrong in both cases, it's just that it's so strange for me that Julian had blue eyes instead of green like everyone else.
@@kailevil3444 well, the sorcerer's eyes went white, I believe, so it could be dependent on if the orb is possessing them on its own, or on behalf of the sorcerer. Like usually when someone gets possesed by the orb, they are controlled by either the sorcerer, or evil Julian, whereas those 2 just got possessed by the sheer power.

I presumed you meant regular Julian, I was just referring to evil Julian as in that episode Julian got "split", much like the sorcerer. Though, the sorcerer's human version did get green eyes before turning. Maybe green is the default colour, and if the orb manages to "connect" fully with a person, it changes? That would explain why green is the default, but those who have been "split" by an orb have unique eye alterations.

Why did it take me this long to consciously realize it... but doesn't this mean that The Ultimate Evil that was teased. at the end of Season 2 may have to do with the origin of the chaos pearls? (like we'll probably have to figure out more about the sorceress and her deal first 'cause that's still unresolved IIRC) but the origin of the pearls could play a role in setting up the new all-powerful big bads? Akso, not to get too lantern-corpy, but what if there are similar emotions affiliated with the color of the pearls? I.e. The Sorcerer (and Evil Julian) manipulated people through exerting willpower over them, the sorceress' manipulated people through love?) :)
That'd also explain the differing colours of their magic, and also the difference in monster designs between the Sorcerer's victims and the few monsters we see the Sorceress create. But, since the Ninja only ever really fought the Sorcerer for 800 years, the Sorceress is still something only Randy and First Ninja knows how to fight. If the sorcerer was born from the chaos pearls, the real question is where did the chaos pearls come from in the first place, were they creating by something or someone by chaos magic back in ancient Japan
