Is the water ok now? I've not been for about 20 years and you definitely wanted to try and avoid falling in back then. I actually found it really scary in a kayak, but this looks a lot of fun.
Hey John , I think the water still can be good and bad on certain days. Some of our team did feel a bit queasy in the week after but most of them were fine. Drinking coke and keeping your mouth shut is always advisable anyway . So much fun on a SUP though! Thanks Reuben
