I used to lift weights at University of Florida. There's this thing called a Roman chair. Normally, you do sit-ups on it, but I worked out my back, too. My hips are on a pad, with my ankles locked in a support. I fold my body down, and I come in reverse, like a swan, almost perpendicular to the floor. I took my girlfriend once, and I asked her, "Why do all the women stare at me, when I do this?" She said, "Z, EVERYONE stares at you." I didn't think that there was any sexual intent behind the 'stares'. I think that I was doing something that was rarely done. Also, this was college, where young men are frequently not gentleman. Nobody ever hit on me. They'd check me out, but they never hit on me.

Gyms must start to take ownership for stopping this BS with filming yourself exercising. It is bad enough that people take their mobile phones with them only to sit and hog a machine or an entire area just so they can post social media content informing their 'fans' that they are at the gym! FFS.
