@@rcicons4915 hey Keith, thank you for stopping by, always a pleasure to hear from you. Glad you like the green, a bit ‘louder’ than I usually do, but thought, if we’re going monster truck style, going to have to it style 🤣🙏🤣Best wishes to you and the family 😎🖐️😉
Wow! That body turned out fantastic! Love the green! You’ve got more patience than I do…I really don’t like painting polycarbonate. Don’t know why but it’s just not for me lol - anyway great stuff!! Love it!!
@@FastFreddyRC hey Freddy, thank you for watching and leaving me a great comment. I was once the same about the painting of the bodies, especially the polycarbonate, but as I’ve got older, I come to enjoy this more, getting more and more patience with it, or perhaps that’s an age thing 🤣🫣🤣best wishes to you and the family 😉🖐️😎
@@AddamsPlayground hey Addam, thank you for watching and as always leaving me a great comment. I see what you mean about the ‘interstate battery’ theme…I honestly didn’t know about that, pure coincidental 😎🖐️😉 but now I’ve seen it, it certainly does resemble their company colour scheme. I was thinking Incredible Hulk though 🤣😊🤣 best wishes to you and the family 😎🖐️😉
Hello John, personally I think that green looks amazing, the decals really compliment the color. I may have to use masking tape on my next paint job, I normally use liquid masks, but to cut it out in tight space is a little difficult, and sometimes peel up. Now, to see that body on the chassis after you finish the wheels. Awesome video, take care, and best wishes to you and the family.
@@sparetimerc hey Al, thank you for watching, I always look forward to hearing from you. If there was one tip, that would be to use the Tamiya markings tapes for the fine lines, and use the white flexible Tamiya tape, you’ll be able to follow curves and some of the tight bends. Sometimes I do need to use a little cleaner to remove some seeps through, but generally gives a good result. The main ingredient, patience 🙏😉best wishes to you and the family 😎

Absolutely stunningly Sick John! Wow, you knocked this out of the park! I freakin love it! Probably the best looking Rock Socker I’ve seen yes. It really pays of to take the time and do things a layer at a time. This things a show stopper! Looking forward to seeing this beauty mounted onto its chassis! Take care my good friend!
