Can you offer some guidence on how to install a VM using Parallels or VMware when already on a mac? Thanks So create a mac os VM on a mac NOT windoze. All the tools you point to require the ability to run a .exe file.

I don’t think the official version is out there to download and even if it is, it will be illegal to install macOS on non-Apple device. Technically you may be able to do that, but that cannot be shown on RUclips. Apple is notorious about taking down such video/channel.
Sir, I update vmplayer from 17 to 17.5. Guest(Macos13) that actually start and run normally on vmplayer 17. But after update to 17.5. Guest cannot boot.

So yesterday my macos 12 upgraded automatically to 13 and now it's stopped working and keep looping in the apple logo ! ( I have AMD CPU ) . Do you have any fix for this issue ?
From what I keep hearing is that the upgrades do land us in boot loops occasionally. Try to do a fresh install and you’ll be good to go. Can’t provide any more details since I don’t have AMD CPU and can’t rely on other’s words only.

For particular case "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine." (maybe a Ryzen fix too, don't know if it is related), I found this solution:
1. delete the vm you create and configure a new one
2. before booting when it's time to add the new smc config add this:

3. close the file
4. start up the new VM, it might not stuck on apple logo and previous error now.

when it opens it boots blue screen comes ( boot manager ) and says macos13 is not installed altough it is ?

Can’t comment on that issue since I haven’t faced this problem. But I guess you will have to reinstall MacOS if it’s not booting.
