  • Sleep is something many overlook, but is one of the most important healing methods we can invoke and its free. Wether something happened to you in your childhood, or adult life that caused sleep interruption, it is never too late to create new neuropathways and mindset around sleep. Give yourself permission to sleep. When you give yourself full permission to sleep you say yes to yourself, to being your most optimal self. The healthiest version of you, the one that is worthy of being the best version of self. With plenty of energy to pour into what you desire, and confidence, self love to free up your day and time to spend on the important things. If you were sleeping well every night, and getting restorative sleep every night, and you had constant energy. How would your life change?
