Just in time to make me hungry for dinner! I recall the days of King crab legs at Bellagio, but snow crab seems to rule the buffets now. Snow crab is still super tasty. 🦀. The buffet items did look a bit picked over; I hope they restocked in a timely way. Thanks for the video! 😊

What a lovely spread!! I remember when you could get a similar spread at Sam's and other local places on seafood nights for WAY less than the price tag of this meal! Miss those days!! But glad you got to eat some yummy food!

Amazingly enough when you showed the pork bao buns I swore they looked exactly placed the same way as when Danny was there filming. I thought were you there the same day? 😂 and he WAS there at the same time!

Hi. Currently in Vegas for NYE… I went to the Wynn Buffett. Have you tried theirs if so, which did you like best?
Wynn was an excellent choice. Some other options would be Caesars and Palms.

I ate at this buffet once before the pandemic! It was such a disappointment that I will NEVER eat there again even if they offer $19.99 price tag. Very few things for someone with food allergies(yes, I eat at buffets all the time and always find things to eat). I found the buffet at the Wynn much more enjoyable, much better selections, food you could actually eat, and much better service!

King crab seemed to be in season all year long then!!
Las Vegas buffets used to be the talk of the town. But the pandemic totally change the whole dynamic. Now, there's only a hand few that's worth your attention.

I am sorry tohear that youe Mrs. was poorly. May she recover quickly. I have to say, they need to step up their game. Especially with the AYCE over at the Flamingo looking better than this on a non holiday. Still quite respectable.

Just got back from there. I weighed myself straight after the meal and I ate 21kg of food in one go. I went from 75kg to 96kg. 😮

I hope Mrs. Explore Vegas is feeling better! You gave it a good try, but nobody can do the approval dance like Mrs.Explore Vegas! LOL! I agree that there should be King Crab or Lobster to justify the high price. Most buffets have snow crab legs.

King crab not in season? Alaskan king crab season begins in November, so maybe you were given misinformation? Paying $85.99 +tax +parking and having self-serve soft drinks? I would pay $50 for the holiday offerings, not $85.99. What happened to the “spiced rack of lamb” and the beef Wellington? Sugar free dessert selection looked dismal. You probably had to wait at least an hour in line or did you buy a line pass? I have to compare the Bellagio caliber of service to their five-star hotel. Buffet value was average, and table service is minimal. Disappointing for the overall pricing and parking fees.
When the manager told me that King Crab wasn’t in season, it was one of those things that made me chuckle under my breath.

Looks good, but not back to their previous highs... I remember when they were able to specialize on different Italian regions as well as seafood, and I remember mounds of king crab... Now, it looks kinda generic... don't know what exactly they are chasing after... they seem to not have a direction for excellence... only unit cost per station...

Unfortunately, this buffet is but a shadow of it's former self from when Steve Wynn ran the joint, way over-priced imho, lucky for you that you got the end cut of prime rib, thats where all the flavor is, hope Mrs Explorer is feeling better, happy new year guys.

I think the picky kids mostly eat it. The buffet owner hopes the adults will eat it and fill up faster. More profit.

The station doesn't look well kept or tidy. Food is just kinda thrown on the plates. I feel its over priced. But I get food cost are high these days. But food looks decent. I do hope these hotels are donating left overs. Buffets are kinda of a waste.

I'm lost on this buffet offering $86 + tax+ tip+parking! Other than those king crab legs this buffet offered nothing, and I mean nothing to warrent the price! Where is the rack of lamb, lobster & upscale dishes!Also the presentation of the dishes looked somewhat lame! I could see maybe $50 tops for this mediocre buffet! Sorry, Bellagio!
