People keep saying stuff like “its easy to be this confident when you’re this pretty” but you guys need to truly listen and understand what she has been telling us in this video and others in the past... Taty is a beautiful woman but just because someone attractive is telling you this kind of advice does make it untrue! Y’all can pull yourselves up like she says and have the same confidence as someone with the most confidence in the world, NO MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE. Yeah we all have flaws and stuff we wish we could snap our fingers and make go away but that doesn’t mean you cannot love yourself and be confident in being YOU. Like she said stop telling yourself negative things and get that good energy going. A while ago I used to think just like the people commenting stuff like “it’s easy for you to say” because I didn’t love myself, I felt low, I didn’t feel good enough, I felt low because of a situation I got rejected in... now I have been working on myself, getting to know myself, focusing on myself and I know there is no one like me and no one who can be me and that I DO have a lot to offer. I just wish everyone eventually has that breakthrough moment when they realize their worth and they realize how bomb they really are. Self love not only makes you feel amazing but it will make you successful. Please be kinder to yourself and please understand that you are you and if you just change the way you think about yourself and change how you do yourself you will be a lot happier in life. @@naturallycurlynicole4419 don't worry. What I have been doing is taking better care of what I eat and just following up with my skincare. It might just be hormonal, fear not, it will be fine. I know that it is hard but keep in mind that people see in us much more than our complection.

Honestly with all these Instagram models it's hard to accept the way u look, sometimes I look at myself in the mirror and for a second i feel confident and beautiful in my own skin but then all the pictures of these insta models cross my mind and I ask myself " what makes beautiful, what is that thing that makes me pretty or attractive compared to all these gorgeous girls" And I know that this mindset is very toxic and unhealthy but it's really hard to love yourself these days with all the media influence
I'm Bang PD Wifeuu I dont have to go on social media to see these models, theyre on my mind 24/7 and it gives me a toxic mindset abt myself, i feel how you feel
i see all those girls at school, and obviously i feel jealous and hopeless but i have started to love myself because if im gonna die ugly, might as well die ugly & happy 😂😭
I tend to judge my looks when my hair is a literal tumbleweed, and I’m wearing mismatched pajamas or whatever. But then I actually DO MY HAIR, or pick out something CUTE, and I ain’t gonna lie, I be checking myself out a bit. Legit a completely different person on the weekends compared to when I’m actually going out in public.
I love the way taty looks at life I honestly need his I have a disability and people trying to bring me down every day

Thank you for saying this, I’m at a very young age. In Middle School, I have been VERY insecure. About my height, Weight, Face, Acne. I have been bullied for this too. I had panic attacks from this. I always thought ‘I want to be one of the pretty girls’ because there short, skinny, and much more. This made me realize we all have insecurities even the pretty girls. I should love me and not care what anyone else says. People have told me this but I never really cared about it and just focused on the negative things that other people were saying. But you really taught me to love myself for who I am. I used to wear big hoodies so it couldn’t show my stomach wore make up to cover my face. I was so nervous when people (ecspecially boys) talked to me because I though they were gonna make fun of me. I have been in toxic friendships too. My life has been real tough. I know it will probably get worse in high school so thank you...I’m crying right now.

Once you realise this it is so easy to walk around with ease and assured in who you are. Everyone is human. With any scenario that scares you, ask yourself the simple question ‘What is the worst outcome that can happen from this situation’, usually it isn’t half as bad as we make it out to be!
