Thats a great idea! I used to bring a tape dispenser to do that exact thing haha. Now i just keep the things i find in my pockets and hope they stay in there until I can tape them in my home sketchbook. Also thank you!!
I personally alternate between having just a pencil, eraser and small backpack set up. I think largely it depends how much time I'll have and also if I'll have a table or not I've also been playing with my sketch set up at home to help with the habit instead of only doing art for work
Same! I do still bring the back pack set up sometimes, if I plan on doing some intentional drawing and I have a set up for at home too. All these little sketch set ups definitely help with drawing more
Gettin’ lighter all the time !…🎵 But, the sketches are a bit light to see too. I wonder if you adjusted the white balance on the camera, or maybe provided less ambient light, if the contrast between the lightly toned pencil lines & the white page would improve?

Very nice. I have reduced my travel sketching kit, and I agree. I draw more now and do not feel as much pressure to create some masterpiece
Right? It feels so much easier to draw when we don’t have the pressure to make everything pretty. Its so much easier to learn too
