Great supporting actors. Especially that handsome, rich, suave husband. I was attracted to him until he gives that creepy little speech in this scene about hate. I was born over a decade after this movie was made but I was totally blown away by this movie when I saw it at the age of 50.
Johnny and Gilda are such a Gorgeous couple 💞 They're both so Beautiful and they have such a believable and Sexy chemistry!! It's wonderful to behold 😍 They are paired together again in the fabulous Affair In Trinidad 🎥❤👌
It’s funny that that’s how people were in the damn. I was watching madmen which is set in the 1960s and Don Draper took his family on a picnic and just threw all the garbage in the park.
Lol apparently the gay implications flew over everyone's head as they were making the movie. They were writing the plot as they were filming which is kind of insane if you think about it. It would explain why they never end up telling us why Gilda and Johnny broke up. They imply she hurt him somehow but she accuses him of abandoning him. So which is it? The writers forgot to tell us and instead drove head first into gaytown 🤣
"If I had been a ranch, they would have called me Bar Nothing". What a line!
Rita Was one of the most drop dead Gorgeous women in the world.

“GILDA” filme noir de 1946, com RITA HAYWORTH no papel-título e GLENN FORD. Filmaço, dos melhores que já vi!

The real Rita Hayworth was very different to the character she played. She didn't have a normal childhood.
