@@KarCiasan While I only followed An Cafe for a short time after getting into them late back in 2008 or so, the newest I remember them releasing was Natsu Koi Natsu Game and then everything else of theirs I listened to was their older stuff like this. Somehow finding out they disbanded and seeing the last live was literally the most tragic thing but for 15 years they made many people happy and I'm sure especially those who got to see them live.
I did meet Kanon in person back in 2011, and I wondered back then if they were still active but somehow thought they disbanded then o-o
