something to note the less aggression your steering has, the more it will countsteer by itself. if your steering is very aggressive, it will not countersteer by itself. if you're using something like a controller and you can control the car by yourself, then higher aggression would be better. same idea for lower aggression. if you're using a keyboard then lower aggression would be better. but don't make it any lower than 40-50 because the car will not turn. 60-80 (90 if you're a racing god) is what i personally would recommend. so basically, high aggression for "grip" car and low aggression for drift car. also, make sure to put your steering angle at most 22:1. 24:1 might work (maybe if you're going for a street drift build) but overall i would recommend 18:1 for drift cars. but it can also depend on what map your car is tuned for. if its like ichikawa, then you would need higher steering angle because tighter corners. if your tuning your car for a map like c1 then you won't need a lot of steering angle (pretty self explanatory) anyways, thank you for coming to my tedtalk. happy racing!!! goodbye.
@@Jeyiamlucha low aggression with high steering angle. if ur on keyboard the yeah 70-90 aggression is better. if ur using controller, then higher aggression and high steering angle. try and experiment with it and see which suits you.

Would the same settings apply for highway racing? ex. C1 Clockwise/Counterclockwise & Fujigawa Cannon Run
Fr this was a good video, now I know what this tuning option is for, thank you
ok nice, this improved my skill to 1 second better in c1 clockwise with r34
I understand in less Than 10 minutes . Perfect
my cars are bugged, the steering is almost instantly, and even cars without the tuning unlocked are bugged like this
odd
Maybe it's because of the settings, it has a option for people using wheels. Turn that off. That's most likely the problem.
Same
turn off the sim steering in options
this video is simple but i got a lot of information now
wow very nice video

I assume specs can vary depending on the car?
drifters and ford mustang drivers on their way to tune their steering:
Tysm liked and sub
Huh, what if i made a drift build that has high caster with high aggressive steering
so... would higher angle work like a caster for drifting? I'm curious...
no not caster
literally just bigger angle
what is the best steering tune in R33 if u want a grip setup in classic tokyo?
there aint really 1
can you tell me where is the location of the thumbnail in this video?
this is in the tokyo city
it is located near the 711
@@oSky25o Thanks man. All this time I just focus on racing, never doing such a thing.
@@oSky25oI hit recently found that place it’s sick
Could this stop oversteer/under steer and improve grip???
kind of
like maybe add more angle or aggressiveness when unndersteer
the opposite for oversteer
only helped abit imo but yea
whats a good steering tune for the porsche 964? its known for understeering and fishtailing alot
uh it kinda down to personal preference at the end but maybe add abit more angle?
although this is not a problem only caused by steering
