Congratulations on your new apartment! It seems perfect for you and Max and he's over the moon about it. Speaking as the wife of a professional artist, the only way the bathroom Gallery wall would be okay for artwork is if no one ever uses the shower and tub. They create a lot of moisture (water vapor) and can quickly expand and contract mattes, cavases, paper, create condensation on glass, and overtime destroy artwork. If it's just a powder room for guests that are only going to use the toilet and wash their hands, it would be fine to hang the art in there. But if I were you I would choose a different wall honestly

I’ve had a gallery wall in one of my bathrooms for over 4 years and also had other prints in my bathroom with NO moisture problem. I do live alone in apartment so not a lot of persons using shower😇
The thing about a shower filter that no one tells you: the chamber filled with whatever it is that the water filters through always stays damp. That means mold can (and in my experience does) grow in it. Yes, you are instructed to remove and back flush the filter occasionally (which doesn’t solve the problem) and to replace it regularly (which gets really expensive). But I can’t handle the idea of mold and mildew on my hair, face and body. I know your priorities are different from me. So I suggest when you remove it to back flush, put in just a little water and shake vigorously and if dark water comes out, replace it immediately.
A pro tip I had heard and now use for organizing drawers is to put sticky tack on the bottom of the little bins or cups you put in there to keep them from moving around when you open and close the drawer. It’s worked really well for me!
The fans might be connected to the humidity setting in the apartment. You might be able to adjust the humidity setting higher so it doesn't come on as frequently, or there might be a master switch in a closet or something which turns off the automatic setting giving you full control of the fans. But it's not noticeable on video, so don't worry about us!
I love the idea of a gallery wall in the guest bathroom, but I must caution you that moisture can destroy those photos pretty easily. I didn't know that when I made a sweet art wall in one of my bathrooms and all of the paintings were ruined. They stick to the glass. I hope that is helpful. Love the new apartment.

I have seen double drawer inserts and the top one slides back to reveal another set of storage drawers underneath. This might work for storage, particularly since you have deep enough space to house double ones.

Suggestion about water filters is to use National Labs to test your water. They will send you a kit to collect samples, send it back to them and they analyze the water for you. We used them and are great. Water fiktration is customized for the water
I love the new apartment! To answer your question- I don’t want to be either neighbor haha! I am very much looking forward to moving into my own home soon. We live on the top floor but the neighbors under us are surprisingly loud. I never had neighbors underneath me that I could hear until them. It really sounds like they pick up chairs and throw them on the floor at random times for fun 😅 they also have a cute dog that howls for hours on end and have friends over until 2 am on the patio outside and have no shame in being loud about it. I used to be extremely (overly) mindful of how much noise I made as the upstairs neighbor to the point that I felt guilty if I even vacuumed. I’ve given up on that haha. I’ve learned that downstairs neighbors can be the loud ones too 😂😂
Can't wait for the unpacking and moving-in vlogs! Great idea to have a bathroom gallery wall. We actually have one, too! We currently have a jungle theme, so we have flamingo and lion artwork right now 😆

Suggestion only…. Your gallery wall could be all the same color frames. All white, all black or all the same metal, such silver or gold!. I have done both mixed and all the same, all same looks better to the eye… just thought… oh…. Wood also stay in the same color…. But, that just my taste/opinion… whatever you decide will look beautiful…💕💕💕

As a collector of beautiful and very diverse art pieces in answer to your question I believe artists are thrilled that you love their work and hanging it in any direction is an honor. The thing I think the artist would be more confused by is why you would hang it behind a door. Especially one that stays open most of the time. Just something to consider.
I'm not sure I'm supposed to admit this but as a wife and mum of 7...I'm a little jealous! I missed the living on my own stage and it would have been cool!
If you or your dad has an electric drill you can fix the stripped screw problem quite easily. You'll need to get some dowels that are bigger than the hole you have, a little coping saw or even just a saw blade will do it, some wood glue and you'll need to get the corresponding size drill bit. Drill the stripped hole out till it is big enough to take the dowel then put glue around the dowel and push it as deep as you need into the hole you've drilled. It will stick out, but that's okay, because you can saw it off level with the base of the cabinet. Then, when it is dry, you simply drill a pilot hole in the dowel to the same size as the screws that hold the legs on. So, effectively, what you're doing is making a big hole little again, to the size of your original hole. If this is confusing you can find videos on RUclips that demonstrate it. I found this one which is nice and short and easy. Apologies for linking if that isn't appreciated, I hope this helps. When your washer is done leave the door and drawer open until it dries out. Also wiping the rubber part off helps as well. Front loaders are a pain at times 😂

I love your new place!! As a collector of beautiful and very diverse art pieces in answer to your question I believe artists are thrilled that you love their work and hanging it in any direction is an honor. The thing I think the artist would be more confused by is why you would hang it behind a door. Especially one that stays open most of the time. Just something to consider.
I'm not sure I'm supposed to admit this but as a wife and mum of 7...I'm a little jealous! I missed the living on my own stage and it would have been cool!
If you or your dad has an electric drill you can fix the stripped screw problem quite easily. You'll need to get some dowels that are bigger than the hole you have, a little coping saw or even just a saw blade will do it, some wood glue and you'll need to get the corresponding size drill bit. Drill the stripped hole out till it is big enough to take the dowel then put glue around the dowel and push it as deep as you need into the hole you've drilled. It will stick out, but that's okay, because you can saw it off level with the base of the cabinet. Then, when it is dry, you simply drill a pilot hole in the dowel to the same size as the screws that hold the legs on. So, effectively, what you're doing is making a big hole little again, to the size of your original hole. If this is confusing you can find videos on RUclips that demonstrate it. I found this one which is nice and short and easy. Apologies for linking if that isn't appreciated, I hope this helps. Sorry I'm a little bit late with posting this one, life has been crazy!

When your washer is done leave the door and drawer open until it dries out. Also wiping the rubber part off helps as well. Front loaders are a pain at times 😂
