Seems like you've truly never been in somewhere with an urban warfare going on. This ambient isn't realistic at all, just something you'd hear in a game like CoD.
I'm a veteran and I haven't had a good night sleep since I've been back from Iraq and that was damn near 20 years ago if u could make one of these for 8 hours of continuous gunfire and explosions that would be awesome. I sleep better with chaos than with rain. Appreciate you👊
Hi Keith. I got an easy solution for you : right click on the video and click "loop". If you are on a phone, I think there's a loop feature. Otherwise, you can simply create a 1-track playlist and hit repeat on the playlist. I can't make 8 hours videos, we already have 600+ ambiences on the channel, it would make it unmanageable.
I was just thinking "I wish Michael had a good urban war ambient I could mix with a water one to really inspire some good Fallout New Vegas 2nd Battle at Hoover Dam fic..." Then I looked at your videos and THERE IT WAS.

Honestly, it's often the opposite but it's still just as scary. Instead of _seeing_ people dying, you _see_ next to nothing. Every little skirmish is in its own alleyway, street, or building. You don't see the men dying, but you know that each report of a grenade or each burst of a machinegun could be one or more of your comrades being killed.
I leave for Fort Benning July 6th, need to start getting used to going to sleep with these sounds. Obviously it wont be constant like this but its good to hear something similar
For years I haven’t been able to sleep through the night or fall asleep at all unless I was in the field. All the meds in the world never worked. For the first time I fell asleep without noticing it listening to this. Guess this is all I needed.
Awesome! This is strangely calming😀 Maybe because it reminds me of so many old war games. Question: Could you do a creepy Silent Hill ambience next? Silent Hill is famous for it's eerie atmosphere and soundtracks. No one made one so far and i'm sure you could pull it off.
Gonna listen to this as ASMR before it actually becomes the common sound to fall asleep too. This world is Crumbling. Soon, distant AK fire will just be the sounds of nature. God, I hope I'm wrong.
