Create a special rule for autos and get them to enroll any of the govt org to keep the proper record on earnings and get the tax collected accordingly..
Ola and rapido paying the taxes as per the govt norms per ride not the auto drivers there is no record of earnings what they are doing....
Even auto are plying illegally. They are not operating in using Auto meters. Auto drivers are demanding huge fare for even short distances.
