@R strader I'm happy to be judged for telling the Truth Objectively, rather than Subjectively, as what you do, and in doing so lying about it to suit your understanding of it, instead of the way it is written, and meant to be understood. Question for you; Did Mary and Joseph have children after Jesus was born??? It's a fair question, surely you can answer it.

I attended a church in Ft Lauderdale that Bro Prince founded, he would visit at least once a year and teach for a week or two . His messages brought clarity.

People can say what they want about Hillsongs. But only God knows each and everyone one of us from the inside out. Hillsongs have changed the lives of many troubled souls. I took a good friend of mine...he was a Muslim friend to their Concert. And it was that day he changed his life,, i remember that night he grabbed my hand and he said to me with tears in his eyes he said "bro i want to follow Jesus"...Now i see.. it was later on that night, he told me why..,it was because he saw and felt the hand of our Lord Jesus come on him...Thank you Hillsongs
God changes the heart through the Holy Spirit! He mite use a song to get their heart in the right position to be changed but God is the heart changer! That’s what you always need to remember.. God bless you in your pursuit to follow Jesus!! 😊

well this video didn't say anything about hillsong, but when you end your sentence by saying ''thank you hillsong'' rather than thank you Jesus, then hillsong might really be the problem. True disciples draw people near to Jesus, not to an organization, denomination, or institution.

Sadly, I have nor attended a single church that acknowledges this truth. They all have "set apart" single pastors who have total power over everything.
In every case, it has led to one form of power abuse or another. Every single time.

3And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
You will find them to be very easy to recognize when you read 2 John 1:9 about them transgressing and abiding not in the doctrine of Jesus Christ Himself all by doing what is written in 2 Peter 2:2 speaking evil of the Way of Truth.
Are elders part of the 5 fold ministry of the church?
Not the protestant / Derek Prince understanding of elders, no they are not part of the 5 fold ministry of the church.

@Tania Johnson Noone in the church has hurt me, nor do I know Derek Prince personally or professionally, but I do know that he Derek or any one of the 50000+ protestant denomination have zero Authority to preach and teach, because what they are doing is causing thelogical error. Which leads people to hell.

@Tania Johnson Brother Prince has no logic because he has no Authority, if brother Prince is right then all the other 50000+ protestant faith are wrong, because the Holy Ghost cannot and does not contradict Himself so either Derek is right and all the other 50000+ protestant faiths who claim to be inspired by the Holy Ghost are wrong or All protestant faiths are wrong, because they all contradict each other in Dogma, Doctrine, Faith, Morals, and Theology. Which one is it???
In response to the title "How to distinguish a true pastor from a fake one." Is very simple it has to do with Authority. Jesus said to the Apostles;
Jesus Appears to the Disciples kjv
(Luke 24:36-43; 1 John 1:1-4)
19Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 20And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. 21Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: 23Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained

The above text show's without a doubt that it is Authority that distinguishes a true pastor from a fake one. It is that same Authority which began with The Apostle's that later became the Catholic Church. It also stands to reason that, that Authority was not given to anyone or everyone but to a select group of people "The Apostle's" who were to carry or pass on that Authority to other's who were to continue what Jesus had commissioned the Apostles to do which again is the Catholic Church. No other faith or religion has that Authority. Authority is not something that one can claim for themselves it is something that is passed on from one individual to another. God the Father passed on or gave Authority to Jesus, Jesus passed on or gave that same Authority to the Apostles, the Apostles passed on or gave that same Authority to their successor's. This is why, no other Church has Authority except, The One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. And all other non-catholic religions/faiths are fraudulent deceptive liar's.
