If Giorgio did it then he is a really good liar. He seems genuinely motivated to find OC before Pip is crushed. They gave us a clue before Pip went to bed that I think you missed. Pip thanked her drawings for being her friends again today. So the most likely answer is either she fed it to the dog or she's getting bullied. Souske and Winn's condition doesn't necessarily implicate them in light of the dog.
