Great content! Martell's feel like a faction that didn't need adjusting. It needs more choices. Most of our NCU's are very underwhelming and our power really feels tied to the tactics deck. Well... it is obnoxiously obvious for sure. Hopefully see some more units this year
I agree that nerfing Ellaria to see more of other ncus is good, but the problem is they haven't helped the other Martell NCUs. Oberyn was doubled nerfed last patch and needs one of the nerfs rolled back to be viable, Nymeria just doesn't do enough, and Tyene is still just bad outside of beginner games. As a result you don't see more ncus being picked over ellaria, you just see a worse Ellaria picked every game
BTW - I think Sand Diplomacy was a miss & is still a likely instant discard 90% of the time. Really wish Darkstar's Retinue got Def 4+ to match their models and 7 cost.
Hell yeah, my favorite faction. I really want Oberyn to be better! Great video again, will tune in to the other factions as well.

Totally agree my friend!! Especially Oberyn NCU was a crucial Unit for me which was so beneficial to the overall faction playstyle

They have quite some sustain through Fueled by Slaughter of played right! But I feel you, 4Def would also make me play them more
