Shallots - 4-5 Pcs, Thinly Sliced

Carrot - ½ Handful, Julienne
Tofu - 2 Medium Sized, Cut In Cubes
Maggi Kari Spice Pack - 2 Packs, Maggi Kari Flavor
Chili Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Maggi Kari Noodles (Pre-Boiled Noodles) - 2 Packs, Kari Flavor
Salt - If Required Since The Maggi Spice Contains Salt
Eggs- 2 Whole Eggs

Hi! Sis, I encourage you to use maggi spice packed that comes with the maggi noodles itself. Here in Malaysia, we have many Maggi noodles flavors but I'm using maggi kari noodles flavor in this recipe ye. Hope this helps you out.

Hi! For stir-frying noodles or fried rice always cook on medium high flame then at the end crank the heat up and stir/toss for a few seconds and turn the off. This method works for me, hopefully it works for you.
