- Hello to all dear friends! Today we are at your service with another video of the bitter and painful realities of the life of the nomadic people. In this video, we examine a shocking and moving story: the destruction of the pride and character of nomadic people and the destruction of their homes by law enforcement officers and natural resource officers.
Nomadic life has a deep connection with nature. Nomads, simple and kind people, have been living in the heart of the mountains and plains with great hardships for many years. Their houses are simple but full of love and purity. But unfortunately, in the last few years, we have seen unfair dealings with these patient people.
In this video, we depict the sad story of the destruction of nomadic houses by law enforcement officers and natural resources. By entering the nomadic areas, the agents destroy the simple and homeless houses of these people, without paying attention to the effects of these actions on their lives and morale. These unfair dealings not only destroy the physical homes of nomads, but also damage their pride and personality.
The nomadic people, who have always lived in peaceful coexistence with nature, suddenly face a wave of injustice and violence. This video is the voice of protest and pain of these honorable people who want justice and respect. Every house that is destroyed, every smile that disappears, is a sign of the authorities' cruelty and lack of proper understanding of nomadic life.

I agree if the family is lucky enough to survive with their house they cannot be tied down with Nemat's children... he has to step up and be a proper father to them and make his other woman who he supports look after them. The old Engineer will want to help everyone - that is his nature and it is time AlBinin worked at his side and helped him in his work. There is no place in the family's life for the deviousness and viciousness of the untrustworthy Nemat.... let him show some sincerity by removing the ransom he is holding the family to. We all pray they survive with their house intact... it seems that the government were demolishing all housing even on privately owned land if they viewed it as agricultural land. A monstrous and cruel decision and to be carried out without warning was barbarous.

Có lẽ ít người biết rằng không được phép xây dựng nhà trên đất nông nghiệp không chỉ ở Iral mà các nước trên thế giới đều phải tuân thủ. Tuy nhiên, khi biết người dân bắt đầu xây dựng nhà thì chính quyền nơi ấy phải ngăn cảnh báo ngăn chặn người dân ngay. What in the HELL is going on with IRAN GOVERNMENT! What in the HELL LAWS permit the Iran Government to do such a thing to these family’s! My God what are these people going to do? What about the children, have the Iran Government thought about the children? What is the country of Iran coming to! First of all Albinin needs to contact the Engineer to let him know what’s going on. Second, how can Albinin and the Mother fight the Government? As Nemat said they don’t care if you have documents or not they are coming to destroy your home! I think Ablinin did right by letting Nemat take the girls. Ablinin and the Mother have to get it in their heads the Government is coming to distroy your house to! OPERATOR/ SHAKO, you have to call the Engineer to inform the Engineer so he can come back and make arrangements to get the tent and pack up and move out! This is a shame! You have to your part! It is simple the Nomads are at fault here , because they built their homes without a permission or license,the government said these are agricultural land not residential,you live in. America so you should know what laws for , can you open a window in your home without a permit,,so the Iranian government are implementing the law , and the nomads knows what is expecting from them and they chose to disobey the rules

The government would hate the attention that nomads are getting on UTube. They are not the only ones being thrown out on the street it is happening all over the world, including Australia, USA, UK. It's called homelessness. Families living on the streets owning nothing. They are not alone. There are rules for building a house, and if you don't follow them, you are at risk.
@@Linda2 In this case Linda they were even going onto private land and demolishing houses because they deemed the land fit for agriculture and so any dwellings on the land had to be torn down. Let us hope that the family survive with their house as the land is owned by the Engineer... This was not the case.. any land they deemed fit for agriculture, even if privately owned and the dwelling permitted, were being destroyed to ensure maximum land for agriculture... horrible and cruel decision by the government. Call your lawyer to let him know that Nemat took his kids (let him know Nemat’s reason) and take this opportunity to change the contract that you’re giving his kids to him permanently. Your reason for giving him back his kids is that you need to work to make money to help your father pay Nemat medical bills. Knowing Nemat as an evil and disgusting man who put your father and Ali in jail for no good and honest reason was really an extortion or a blackmail in any sense of a word. Now Nemat and Zainab are seating pretty at home living an easy life spending the money he got thru a dishonest behavior. I’m very happy to see that you let his kids go without a fight because it’s for your own good by giving Nemat and Zainab to take a responsibility in raising his kids. Never take the kids back no matter what Nemat’s excuses. Tell him honestly that you don’t have any more time and energy to raise them plus you need to help your father which is more important to you than his kids. Anyway, if the government destroys your house even though you have the proper documents, don’t interfere. I know that you will get mad and angry because of how much money you spent already plus a lot of hardwork, so let it be because there’s nothing you can do. Just always be thankful if something happened good or bad. God has a better plans for you and your father in the future. If the demolition happens, don’t be despair but stand strong and start building your life living in a tent. Never, never accept Nemat help in any way because of his coning and deceitful behavior. You’d rather live in a tent with life full of love and happiness. You will always be a survivor because of all the challenges in life you’re facing and come out a winner. I agree.. Nemat has his kids and time he stepped up and was a decent father.. he has a woman he lives with and supports let her care for the kids. He says his children cry in front of her... well so be it. The family have enough on their plates and do not need to deal with the antics of the snake, who never misses a chance to strike. El ingeniero no es nómada. Siempre tuvo casa vivía en una casa compro ese lote y edificó. Si otros son nómadas y viven ahí no significa que él lo sea. Deben probar dónde vivía antes, y los años que vivió en casa, para demostrar que no es nómada. Deben ofrecer testigos que aseguren no es nómada. Y el policía sabe que no es nómada. Que vivan en una carpa, fue temporal hasta terminar la casa nueva.

Немат и его семья это кочевники, но Инженер и его дочь не кочевники!!! У них был дом в городе, но его продали за долги. Инженер знал, что строительство на сельскохозяйственных землях запрещён!!! Все застройки были вне закона и это знали все операторы, но продолжали строить и снимать видио и выставлять в своих блогах. Бедные люди, которые согласились участвовать в этих съёмках в надежде, что у них будет дом.
Но по документам ета земля инженера. Он же сеял на етой земле пшеницу, нанимал людей на уборку урожая, за проданное зерно получил деньги, значит ета земля его, а не государственная.
Даже на своей земле нужно иметь разрешение на строительство дома, а эта земля сельскохозяйственная и вряд ли на неё дали разрешение. Всё очень печально.

I’m responding to your comment to me. First of all from my understanding most of the Normads had permits to build their houses. My probelm with this whole thing is if this was so called Government land then why did they allow the Normads to continue to build their houses on the land? Why wasn’t their signs or warning from the Government if they build houses on the land they would be distroyed? From watching several channels of the Normads the Government rather you have permits or not the Government is still destroying Normads homes! Secondly, what the HELL you talking about I should know the law? In American this would have not happen ! What the Government has done to their people there is unacceptable! If they wanted your land they would offer you what that the land was worth and also pay you for your inconvenience and time and work you put into the land. So for you to tell me I should know about the law, well I see their law work there! The husband can have several wife’s, kick their wife’s and children out on the streets, the husband don’t pay for their children, and there Government allow their people to basically starve and homeless where here in America the Government have programs for people and family’s and housing for family and people who are struggling to take care of their family’s!
