I own the dispatch...great bibs! I tour in them all the time and they are awesome for that as well as at the resort. That said, what really impressed me was the customer service I received from 686. I had a seam blow out...emailed them a pic and the warrantied the bibs with zero issues. Absolutely fantastic service... saying you have a lifetime warranty is one thing... following through with it is another. As a result I'll definitely be supporting 686 for the foreseeable future.
As far as I've heard they are pretty true to size. We do have 686 specific size chart links on all the pages of our 686 Bibs at thehouse.com for further reference though.

It would be amazing if any of these companies would do a 3x bib. There are no fashionable big sized ski/snowboard clothing out there.
