God said "I knew you before you were born" which means to me that if he wanted you to be a certain gender in your mind, he would give you the body to match. We inherited imperfection and knowledge of sin by way of the original disobedience to the original covenant. (Why Jesus came to give us back that standing but because we are aware of sin and have brought ourselves into it, God left us CERTAIN instructions to be able to return to our original standing.
