Chris Lee, the goat. Even the lesser movies are great just so see the man appear on screen for 10 minutes and not say a word. 😂 Just watched them all in a row again as I do every year or two and I have a blast every time. And like you said, with the abslute completely bonkers music by James Bernard. 😂❤
The ring Lee wore in the Hammer Dracula movies is an actual ring that belonged to Bela Lugosi. It's a second ring Bela used in his own movies. Lee described how he wanted one and was surprised it was the legitimate ring from Bela's collection.
Great video! I got mine a couple of days ago and I'm displaying it proudly!! The detail NECA has done is amazing, especially for a seven inch figure. To answer your question, yes!! They are coming out with a Peter Cushing Van Helsing figure!! It debuted in this years San Diego's comic con. The figure looks amazing. No word on when it'll be coming out. I do remember them displaying the Christopher Lee Dracula at last years Con and it came out in late September, so I can see the Van Helsing figure coming out maybe next September or October. NECA also said that, depending on how the sales do, they may come out with other figures. Which ones??? I guess they can do a Peter Cushing Dr. Frankenstein, Christopher Lee as Frankensteins' Monster and The Mummy, maybe even Curse of The Werewolf. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
The best Dracula film ever, so more superior, to the Universal Horror franchise. Better Acting,Peter Cushing , Christopher Lee, great supporting actors, better script faster pace, great music. by James Bernard. Jack Asher BSC wonderful, beautiful Cinematography he painted with light. Bernard Robinson fantastic sets. The great, Director Terence Fisher. The perfect film.
Loved your intro!!! Neca makes great stuff!!! I haven't seen that one. This is good information and the figure is awesome!!! I never read a book before seeing a movie. I should!!! 🤗🤗🤗I think one time I called your exit phrase "Oh yea!" as related to Hulk Hogan. I just realized it is Randy Savage. So sorry!!!
Its good to know there's a Neca Dracula. I'm a fan of Christopher Lee i thought was the best in my opinion. Bela Lugosi never really got in to that one. Sorry to disappoint. That Christopher Lee figure is not bad but i agree with other comment not quite there. I think there's to much blood on the mouth of both heads. The paint work could be better but overall not bad. Id be interested to se the Peter Cushing Neca figure. I thought the inside of the cape was red. Im quite sure. However maybe in one or two of the films. 🤫🤫🤔🇭🇲🦘✌️
@@richhansel3068 Watch the rest of the films If you can. All Christopher Lee films unless you know them already.👍🇭🇲🦘✌️
I felt the same way until I decided to sit and really give it a chance (I wanted to hate it because I absolutely love Bela Lugosi's performance). I still think Universal is the best, but my love for Universal Monsters was 100% clouding my receptiveness towards the Hammer films.
Most are probably new to the character of Christopher Lee. Ive watched Bela Lugosi...thats pretty old fashioned and bland. Nothing scary about it. Opinions free of course.🤔🤫🙁
I was late to the Christopher Lee Dracula party because I'm such a big Universal Monsters fan. After I watched the Hammer films I found out how great they are. Thanks for watching.
Have never liked the music in this film although everyone raves on about it. ...Just so mind-numbingly basic and repetitive. I know the notes represent the Dra-cu-la syllables but God it's bland! Just keeps repeating those three notes but gets higher and louder in pitch, like it's trying too hard to sound scary. ...Also, Lee's hasty, business-like take on the character with that awful close up when we first get introduced to him just destroys all mystery and appeal about the character. ...There's NO WAY Lee was ever better then Lugosi who forever gave us what a vampire looked and sounded like! ...Lee's performance in Prince of Darkness was way better than in 'Horror' imo.

@@Jayskiallthewayski Awesome!
Cnristopher Lee. The actor whose likeness is almost impossible for any toy company to get right. This one isn't bad. Not excellent, but not bad.
I have 6 foot full body classic Dracula, Frankenstein, and Creature from the black prints on vinyl for sale. Christopher Lee Dracula coming soon.
Infinite statues have released the best Christopher Lee as Dracula I’ve ever seen and Peter Cushing
@@kaneweatherall Just seen it. IMHO the 'enraged' headculpt looks nothing like Lee but the other 2 arent bad. At that price I'll stick with Neca.
@@biccytrollox yep the enraged one is terrible but the others are spot on I think

Christopher Lee was awesome! Thanks for watching.
His cape was black on the inside on "Horror of Dracula." It must be red on a later film. Thanks a bunch for watching and commenting. Have a great day.
Now I get it about the cape. Yes it was satin red in other of the series.👍🇭🇲🦘✌️
