Since I live in the Philippines I actually have some stocks I own that only trade on the Philippine Stock Exchange. So I have a mix of US and Philippines right now. At some point, when I'm convinced that international markets are looking like they will do better than domestic US, I'll start allocating a portion of my portfolio to international. Could be Developed Markets or Emerging markets or both. Depends what I'm seeing. So far I haven't done it yet though.
