I love watching your evolution Rachel! It appears similar to mine in many ways. Was career focused working in plastic surgery and had a lot going on materialistically and now we live in a simple home on 70 acres with our three little kids our youngest being three months. I recently in the last two weeks went back to work and I can just tell it’s not where my heart and mind are anymore and we are planning on having me stay home with the kids full time till they are older now. We love our chickens , dogs and home made food . It’s such a fulfilling life.

I've read that it's best to leave the sheets pulled back in the morning for a few hours to let them breathe. Helps with moisture, bacteria, etc.

You can use fresh herb for tea :) don't have to dry them... its better for you and taste better in my opinion
I love fresh too!! Yum!! Since I have so much, I like to dry a portion of it to store for the winter months too.
