As much as she has been so understanding. She is not very supportive of the content but blames me for not selling anything. We have only been on this for two months. I designed so much for her. Almost two months worth of designs.

Nice material man. I've been working my brand since about 2004 and I still love it. One reason I've been stuck is the same thing you touch on here- lack of delegation. I try to do it all myself, still. Maybe I'll try the sticky notes.
Delegation is so important. It is literally the difference between success and failure. Try putting those sticky notes around your house. That really helped me.

I understand completely that it takes time, sometimes a very long time. But what I've learned is that you just have to keep trying to make progress, even if it seems like you're not making significant advances. Working on it consistently will get you there. Even if you can't hire a full-time team, consider looking into hiring freelancers to help out.

This video… I’m currently going through a difficult situation with a new business venture and our recent issue has been personality “challenges” amongst partners (aka friends). Certain individuals feel their creative direction is the only direction and have a difficult time taking “no” or “possibly later” as answers. We are hoping to set a standard in policy and agreements as this is an equal partnership of four people, but some members are feeling this venture will not work out.

Great question. We basically started them at the same time. We figured the money we made from the agency we could invest in our brand. Throughout the years the agency has always taken priority because we didn't have a big enough team to effectively do both. We are finally at the point to be able to put an entire team on the Brand so it's really exciting because it's been something I've wanted to do since 2008 when we started it LOL.
