MIYAVI ｘTAKAFUMI HORIE -SAKE TALK- “Agriculture is the future!”

We covered my interview with Takafumi Horie a.k.a Horiemon, when I visited the SAKE&GOURMET Festival, which he organized during the Tokyo Film Festival! We spoke mainly about Sake, Japanese Wine made from Rice.
At the talk session, we both tried my “MIYAVI SAKE”, which I produced, and Horiemon’s “Souteinai” & “Souteigai”, and analyzed the difference in taste of our sakes. We also debated about the future of sake, and had our sake manufacturers join us to explain the delicate process of making sake. It was such a fun and fruitful time as I able to learn more about sake, but oh man it was so cold to talk out in the open (lol). It was also great to talk to my old friend Takafumi in a professional environment!
