Don't be sad that it's over. Be happy that it is completed. I watched the finale yesterday, and I am still processing that the Winchesters story has come to a close. This show has been there through some very hard times in my life. I am talking some tear-jerking, heart-wrenching, I-feel-so-alone times. Sam and Dean, Bobby and Cas, Jack and many more felt like an extended family to me. I always looked forward to the next season, wondering where we were going for the next adventure. To know that will not happen again - I don't know - I don't think I have really excepted it yet. All of that being said, I am happy to see Sam and Dean got the ending they absolutely deserve. It is someone else's turn to hunt and save the world. I did find a small sense of comfort seeing Sam's son with the tattoo, implying that "Dean" will continue the family business. If anything, I am glad to see so many people react the way you did in this video (I sure as heck "ugly cried" through the finale). It almost feels like we all said "see you soon" to the Winchesters together.

Dean would only have peace after he died. And since Chuck removed their plot armor, he died of purely an accident on a REBAR, not a screw or nail, Humans die eventually, so this ending made sense.-esp for these characters.
Because of COVID restrictions they were not able to bring back all of the cast members for the ending. I am glad they focused on Sam and dean like the beginning. It was better off that way.
A couple of thoughts. First, the episode was titled "Carry On". Kansas released Carry On Wayward Son 44 years TO THE DAY that this episode aired. I simply cannot believe that is coincidence, what a great tribute to the band and it's music. Also, I love the Neoni cover of Carry On that they play at the end when Sam passes. I think that may have been a nod to a few fans who mentioned after the song was released a couple years ago that they'd like to see it in an episode... Kansas even posted the song on their facebook page, I think maybe it was one of the band members or their wives that posted it. Finally, with regard to it seeming like Dean just drives for the rest of Sam's entire life. Note that Bobby said that time is different there. Also, the show is based loosely around Old Testament bible lore, and in the bible it says that God is on a different plane of time than we are, that to him a day on earth is as a thousand years, and a thousand years is as a day, so I think it was a nod to that, using Dean's drive for the rest of Sam's life. It was not how I expected the story to go, but I have to say after digesting it over several days, that I love how they pulled it together as much as they did, considering how many things were playing against them even being able to film episodes due to the whole covid pandemic that was happening. Finally, I don't think the story of Supernatural is over, although I believe it likely is for Sam and Dean, but I see you noticed Sam's son's tattoo during Sam's deathbed scene the same as I noticed it. That young man knows the stories. He may not have ever hunted, and the tattoo may have been a preventative thing to protect him, but he HAD to know what the meaning of the tattoo is, you don't just get a tattoo like that without knowing what it is, it's not like that's a tattoo of a flower or a tribal barbed wire. Sam's son KNOWS. The story may not in fact be totally over. It may be a while, but I think there will be more. I will be 55 in a month, I've been around to have watched quite a few series finales of shows over the years, including the finale of MASH. I don't think any finale has hit me like this one did. This is probably my favorite TV show of all time. I guess that's fitting, since Kansas is my favorite band of all time....

HAHAHAHAHA! Your reaction to 'the wife' was literally me. I've seen so many people confused as to who she was, as if any of that mattered. She was a means to an end, and they made that clear by not having ANY photos of her when Sam was on his deathbed. It was his "other family". The only clear thing in Sam's world was his son...Dean. TBH, after what the show did to Mary, I'm okay with just knowing her and John are there. Having Cass come back would have made things uncomfortable because the focus would have been taken from the brothers. And I'm here for the brothers sorry not sorry. I'm glad they chose Bobby. But who knew Dabb was secretly a Titanic fan and would copy the Jack/Rose ending? Dean raised his Sammy...and then Sammy raised his Dean on earth. Meanwhile, Dean is told his mom and dad are "over yonder" and he's just, "cool..cool. Imma go pick up Sam kthx bye"
The writers were going to bring John, Mary, and a lot of the previous characters back to greet them in heaven, but COVID put a stop to that. It would have been more satisfying that way, but they couldn’t do it.

My theory on the dog Miracle is that Sam kept him until he (the dog) eventually died of old age, at which time he showed up alongside the road Dean was driving down in Heaven. Dean stopped to let him in and he's been cruising along with him ever since and is calmly waiting in the backseat. :) And yeah. I was a blubbery mess too! About Sam's wife, we did see a VERY short glimpse of her during the scene where he's playing catch with Dean Jr. She's standing on the porch of the house in the background and it's kinda blurry. All you can really make out is that she's wearing a dress, has paleish skin and dark hair. (I think it was intended to be ambiguous as to just who he was with.) My headcanon is that he ended up with Eileen, but it definitely seems to be up to interpretation. I just want to say, thank you for all of your reactions and sharing your love for this show with us. You're so genuine and a real joy to watch. :) It's been an epic journey with this show and it's always nice to have people to share it with.
just finished it on netflix, and im bawling my eyes out. right after the episode ended im like i need to watch reactions and now im crying even more!!!!!!!!!
As someone who has been steadfastly watching every episode for since 2007 when I was 11 lmao I'm 24 now. I'm really grateful to the show yes, but also to great fans like yourself who take the time to upload reaction videos and are not afraid of showing emotions and just being raw and real when they do so. So again thank you to you and to all the great fans I had the honor to accompany on this 15 year voyage. It's been a pleasure 😌
Also it only took that one song to finish for Sam to Join Dean in heaven. When (carry on) finished and Dean got out on the bridge. Sam joined Dean. It took Sam 35 years to join Dean. Dean thought it took 3 minutes.Time moves different in heaven.
They both died as they were meant to. Dean as a hunter and Sam as a husband and father. What I love most is that the show never lost its premise which was FAMILY.
When dean said I’m going for a drive in his impala I was about to hop in and drive in my camaro and just play carry on wayward son. Till I reached a destination. Hurts right in the feels
So far, I think the ending is perfect for the boys. I hope this show will come to CW Seed because it will show that Supernatural will always be CW heart and never die. This episode broke my heart to say goodbye. I love how you reacted Sam son and sam and dean reunited.
So do I, I've got no idea how they would do something with it down the track if they make a movie or small amount of episodes. Sam's son was awesome & I love how they came back to each other & are now with all the people that love them.
dank, i love your reaction ..., you two still can laugh in tears (literally) :D amazing! and I love when you said 'What a happy dog'...'bring him along... bring him along' ...
Aww thank you, that means a lot. I think you had to laugh at parts otherwise you'd cry way even more lol. I'm glad you enjoyed those parts 🤣🤣 & I'm sure I'll find another Babitho in another show
After everything they've been through. From hunting to demons to crazy humans to time travel to pissed off angels to literal death and hell to fighting the darkness and even fist fighting with God...Dean dies from a rusty nail to the back...damn.
I still haven't recovered. I really needed some alcohol from my first viewing of the episode. Then somewhat rewatched when my dad was watching it. So there's another dose of alcohol and now I'll need 3 more doses from your reaction and two other reactions
Same here, I think when it finally hits me that it's over I'm gonna cry again but I watched it 4 times & still couldn't keep it together even though I knew what was gonna happen.
I just finished supernatural, I'm a giant fan of supernatural I took my sweet time watchingit, my little brother finished it before me and tricked me that it ended in season 18, but it ended in season 15 for me, I cried while drinking a beer my little brother gave me, so from saying it, I'm good with how it ended, life is unpredictable and you gotta make the most of it. For me I wished it kept going a little but all good things must come to an end. Salute 🍻
Great Reaction as always, This was an emotional roller coaster of perfection for me, and keep in mind that technically Dean should have died in the 1st season in the episode Faith when he was electrocuted, but because of Chuck(Gods ) plot armor & Dean allowing Sam to save him he lived, also Deans always said he is gonna die fighting monsters so it makes 100 percent sense , also they did an awesome line switch from the pilot and here when Sam says "I Can't do this without you" Dean says " Yes you can" Sam says "I don't want to", in the pilot Dean is the one who said he couldn't do it without sam Also Sam's wife was Eileen, they just couldn’t get the actress there because of COVID, also they were gonna have a scene with John and Mary & Cas, Donna, Jodie and a few others but again COVID prevented it This is up there with Arrow, Six Feet under & Lost as my favorite series finales ever
Thank you Justin x It certainly was an emotional ride from start to finish but I like how they ended things. Yes I loved the parallels that they did. It wouldn't be nice to see all the old characters again but I think it worked good in the way that they ended up having to do even if it was because of COVID.
Gotta say your reactions are one of my favourite things to watch. Absolutely pure straya reaction, I love it 🇦🇺 Don’t stop making videos. Ever. Also if you ever do requests, react to Preacher? Filmed in Australia and oh so supernatural. Love to see your reaction!
I rather enjoyed this episode. My mom enjoyed it too. I couldn't help but tear up at the end. My regret is that I didn't start watching this show faithfully until season 13. Plus both me and my mom agree these brothers are hot!
Same here. Season 13 was where I began watching the show, with a little episode called "Scoobynatural." My childhood, basically growing up with Scooby-Doo, introduced me to Supernatural. I may be 13 years late, but better late than never, and I'll never forget that day. ❤💕
if you didnt know they are going to be 20 to 30 cast members from all through the 15 seasons of their friends and family like jodi, jo, ellen, their parents, rufus, ash, claire, castiel and alot more was susposed to be on that bridge to meet dean and sam when they arrived or come after they arrived to say welcome or something like that but they had to scrap that because of COVID so they went with this instead please let me know what you think
But here’s something to lighten your mood. It’s not about it ending it’s about what you accomplished. It’s not about how long you had it’s about what you did in that time. It’s not about the plan its all about the execution. Enjoy the life given to you while you have it because one day it will end.
I'm okay now that I had to watch it 4 times to make this reaction. It was an amazing episode but I'm still in denial as well thinking I'm gonna get new episodes.
Thank you for your reaction video. I know many people have had different reactions and I'd never tell someone how to feel. I will say I'm glad to see some positive reactions even with some mixed feelings about Deans death. At the end of the day, we all love this show and the community. I believe this isn't the last of Sam and Dean.
When Dean was impaled all I kept saying is, Where is Jack!? Call for Jack!? I was so sad with this ending because of Covid. It could have been 100 times better. I was waiting for them all to be in heaven, having a BBQ and beer in a big field with a long table just being with each other. As if Cas is helping Jack with Heaven and doesn't come to see Dean when he arrives. Or Dean doesn't go see his parents.....seriously.
That ending hurts my heart I so wanted them too go out together and a big way not Dean going out this way it was lame too see but life as a hunter. The speech that Dean said too Sam while he is dying was so sad but I was in shock and screaming this is BS and FU it can't end this way the whole time so hearing it again it was heartbreaking and long. Seeing Sam grieving over Dean was hard too watch and then seeing Sam with a kid and growing old I could not even talk I was crying so much and Then that great ending seeing Our Boys in heaven together it felt right for them and for me too let go of them as a fan I love the show and it will be in my heart forever but It's time too let go it's going too be hard as hell but it was time let them be at peace. But still SPNFAM OF LIFE!!!!!!!!!
Also Sam is shown wearing Dean's watch. In a Q&A Jared did the day after the finale or the next day (don't remember which it was) Jared found out people noticed it was Dean's watch and was so happy that the fans caught it. When he said that I was like "Uh, have you met us fans - of course we caught it. You knew we would."
A lot of people seemed to miss this. They were never killed by the monsters. Not even God himself! Dean died by a piece of ree bar, Sam old age. Perfect!
This isn't finished boys. Like The X Files tv series came back after 10 years although they declared that they are about on final season. Like that, Supernatural tv series is gonna come back after 15 years from now with real old Jensen and Jared. If they still alive that time.
Dean died doing what Dean did, saving people and hunting things. It was always going to be that for him. He would have been Bobby if he'd lived, old, alone and hunting. Sam always wanted out and wanted to have a family, he got that. Dean knew he never would as long as Dean was alive. They both got their happy ending.
Ahh love you guy’s reactions ! “ who’s that ?... I don’t give a fxxk about her “lol ! ! In Texas there’s still a lot of towns just like in Supernatural ( minus the creatures .. I think lol) .. reminds me of my childhood and road trips ! Supernatural ended as well as an Era. Cheers from Texas !
the guy laughing with the pie in the background as Bobby Singer and the family that passed dean with the pies was the ones that were killed the covid 19 really messed up what they could do
Yo también soy muy fan de sobrenatural in Spanish, la descubrí hace 2 años y ya he visto toda la serie y me repetí como 3 veces… ❤️ me encantaaaaa!!!! Y yo lloré mucho cuando se murió mi hermoso Dean y después se re encontró con su hermano en el cielo, y ellos se despidieron.!!😢😔🥺
It's actually a happy ending... from a certain point of view. I mean, yes, Dean was killed and didn't have a chance to live a happy long live (at least until season 16 wink wink) but the afterlife is what matters in this universe, right? I don't know if anyone remembers LOST finale? If not, don't read further, because SPOILERS: It kind of reminds me of what Jack's father said in the afterlife: "Everyone dies sometime kiddo". So... it matters what they got for their eternal life and they have Heaven, new and improved, true happy place and rest forever. So even though it was painful to get, the end was actually happy.
when the idea of killing Chuck first seemed like it could be a reality to Dean he knew he might finally taste freedom and when it did become a reality he finally allowed himself to live. I know that we all always saw this as the fitting end for him because he kept reminding us of it but it's just not fair that what he finally allowed himself to believe that he deserves to live it's taken away from him so easily. even he said he didn't think it would come this soon. to me Dean greatest character development is embracing life and actually loving it after claiming his freedom and I feel like he should've had that.. but I guess heaven is cool too. although he deserved at least a more glorious end and a bigger funeral but eh.. it wasn't enough for a certain virus to mess up my education as well as all my other plans for 2020, it also had to screw up my favorite tv show's finale.
The papers on deans desk were job applications, he was ready for a normal life which makes this even more sad 😢

My theory on the dog Miracle is that Sam kept him until he (the dog) eventually died of old age, at which time he showed up alongside the road Dean was driving down in Heaven. Dean stopped to let him in and he's been cruising along with him ever since and is calmly waiting in the backseat. :)
And yeah.
Its still hard to believe that its over. Carry on Wayward Son will always make me tear up now.
Carry on winchesters always keep fighting and kick it in the ass
The way Sam wanted to hug his brother so bad but the only way he could comfort him was touching hands and forheads 😭
First and last words spoken in the entire series,
Hey Sammy
Dean
Actually Dean’s first lines were “Hey there Tiger”
@@huchlvr Yeah, I realized after I posted.
I think it's good that sam names his son dean I can't any better way to honor him and dean is a good name it's actually one of my middle names
just finished it on netflix, and im bawling my eyes out. right after the episode ended im like i need to watch reactions and now im crying even more!!!!!!!!!
I bet the "pie in the face" was actually Jared(not Sam)and they left it in the episode! Lol
Oh for sure was, I can't wait for the Gag Reel
The old guy that laughed in the background was Robert singer one of the producers
@@logandelaharpe6362 That didn't look like Robert, was it really him.
@@thefreaks05 yes
@@logandelaharpe6362
Yeah that looked too real to be scripted, that was a genuine "Oh Shit!" reaction! Lol
"because you always keep fighting" 💔
As someone who has been steadfastly watching every episode for since 2007 when I was 11 lmao I'm 24 now. I'm really grateful to the show yes, but also to great fans like yourself who take the time to upload reaction videos and are not afraid of showing emotions and just being raw and real when they do so. So again thank you to you and to all the great fans I had the honor to accompany on this 15 year voyage. It's been a pleasure 😌
Jared really cried during Dean's death 😭👏❤
J²'s acting was gold 😭❤
Yeah you could defiantly tell when they broke character & they both nailed this finale (no pun intended)
I could feel this one in my chest. This one hurt.
That’s what he (Dean) said. Lol
The empty never went back to sleep
If Cass is available to help Jack, that presumably means Jack freed him from The Empty, and may have put it right.
@@thefreaks05 btw, do you think sam married Elieen?
We don't know that it's actually her but if he did then good for him.
@@utopia9553 He might of if she came back or he found another chick.
Me identifiqué mucho con ustedes, y volví a llorar!!! Viendo su reacción…
Sorry I don’t speak Spanish
Dean deserve much better😭😭😭
Thank you fellow fans and thank you Supernatural . We will miss you
I really miss this show i cry whole time while watching this episode
That was a amazing and saddest series finale. Love your and friend reaction. Thanks for sharing. Happy Holidays 🤘🏾🎄💯
dank, i love your reaction ..., you two still can laugh in tears (literally) :D amazing! and I love when you said 'What a happy dog'...'bring him along... bring him along' ...
Aww thank you, that means a lot. I think you had to laugh at parts otherwise you'd cry way even more lol. I'm glad you enjoyed those parts 🤣🤣 & I'm sure I'll find another Babitho in another show
@@thefreaks05 hopefully very soon another new show for Alex 😊💞
After everything they've been through. From hunting to demons to crazy humans to time travel to pissed off angels to literal death and hell to fighting the darkness and even fist fighting with God...Dean dies from a rusty nail to the back...damn.
Well they have no more chuck plot armor so it made sense to give him an unexpected death to truly solidify that.
Dont you cry no more - "been crying this whole fckn episode" lmaooo
Omg just love you both! I was a mess just like you both were!!! I miss the show so much 😢
I just finished supernatural, I'm a giant fan of supernatural I took my sweet time watchingit, my little brother finished it before me and tricked me that it ended in season 18, but it ended in season 15 for me, I cried while drinking a beer my little brother gave me, so from saying it, I'm good with how it ended, life is unpredictable and you gotta make the most of it. For me I wished it kept going a little but all good things must come to an end. Salute 🍻
The reason it only took the amount of time it took to drive for same to pass is because as stated right before by Bobby time works differently.
Great Reaction as always, This was an emotional roller coaster of perfection for me, and keep in mind that technically Dean should have died in the 1st season in the episode Faith when he was electrocuted, but because of Chuck(Gods ) plot armor & Dean allowing Sam to save him he lived, also Deans always said he is gonna die fighting monsters so it makes 100 percent sense , also they did an awesome line switch from the pilot and here when Sam says "I Can't do this without you" Dean says " Yes you can" Sam says "I don't want to", in the pilot Dean is the one who said he couldn't do it without sam
Also Sam's wife was Eileen, they just couldn’t get the actress there because of COVID, also they were gonna have a scene with John and Mary & Cas, Donna, Jodie and a few others but again COVID prevented it
This is up there with Arrow, Six Feet under & Lost as my favorite series finales ever
Thank you Justin x
It certainly was an emotional ride from start to finish but I like how they ended things. Yes I loved the parallels that they did. It wouldn't be nice to see all the old characters again but I think it worked good in the way that they ended up having to do even if it was because of COVID.
Great ending in my opinion. I absolutely loved it
Not gonna lie, when deano you know, I paused the episode and cried for like 20 mins straight and I couldn’t stop
Congrats you had me crying
Awww I'm sorry xx
They should do a spin-off with Sam's son as the leader.
Gotta say your reactions are one of my favourite things to watch. Absolutely pure straya reaction, I love it 🇦🇺
Don’t stop making videos. Ever.
Also if you ever do requests, react to Preacher? Filmed in Australia and oh so supernatural. Love to see your reaction!
You ladies are totally Super-Awesome and so much fun to watch.
Now... the BIG question: who was Sam's wife? Could it have been Eileen?
That's my headcanon, but I'm thinking they were intentionally ambiguous with it so people could imagine whomever they wanted to fill that role.
No because Chuck Thanos snapped her along with pretty much everyone from Apocalypse world.
Yes I did know that they were meant to have everyone come back but COVID screwed that up
Without chuck writing the story giving the Winchester's protection Dean died just like a regular Hunter
Saving people hunting things the family business
But here’s something to lighten your mood.
It’s not about it ending it’s about what you accomplished. It’s not about how long you had it’s about what you did in that time. It’s not about the plan its all about the execution. Enjoy the life given to you while you have it because one day it will end.
I do not cry a lot. But I definitely shed some tears, i had to watch it TWICE to let that shit sink in and still shed some tears the second time
Hi sweetie. I hope you’re okay. I know this was really hard to watch. Beautiful bad extremely sad. I’m still in denial that it’s all over.
Actually, the death of dean is kinda a reference to how Sam died for the first time on the show, which was stabbed from the back as well.
Carry on my wayward son....they'll be peace when you are done....lay your weary head to rest....don't you cry no more
When Dean was impaled all I kept saying is, Where is Jack!? Call for Jack!?
I was so sad with this ending because of Covid. It could have been 100 times better. I was waiting for them all to be in heaven, having a BBQ and beer in a big field with a long table just being with each other. As if Cas is helping Jack with Heaven and doesn't come to see Dean when he arrives. Or Dean doesn't go see his parents.....seriously.
that was bobby in the background of the pie in face scene btw!
Robert singer in the background laughing 🤣
Supernatural ♥️💛 forever Carry on wayward son
9:25 Epic reaction
My voice cracking 🤣🤣
I just realized that, the hoodie was Dean's
OMG that makes it even worse 😭💔
Also Sam is shown wearing Dean's watch. In a Q&A Jared did the day after the finale or the next day (don't remember which it was) Jared found out people noticed it was Dean's watch and was so happy that the fans caught it. When he said that I was like "Uh, have you met us fans - of course we caught it. You knew we would."
A lot of people seemed to miss this. They were never killed by the monsters. Not even God himself! Dean died by a piece of ree bar, Sam old age. Perfect!
I was doing ok until I lost it with the face you made when Dean turned around instant tears.
That guy was the real Bobby singer
Props to Sam winchester: he kept his hair till the end, not bald or short
They were smiling cause they were at peace
This isn't finished boys. Like The X Files tv series came back after 10 years although they declared that they are about on final season. Like that, Supernatural tv series is gonna come back after 15 years from now with real old Jensen and Jared. If they still alive that time.
Thank For Best Review Ever!!
3:19 Thanks for showing us what retirement looks like Dean LOL
The Impala wasn't there. He thought of it and it remember Bobby said anything you can dream of or ever want.
Beautiful reaction. But don't worry the Winchester's job is not over. 🌹❤️
Exactly. Dean never would've had peace as long as there were people in danger.
Cheers from Texas !
the guy laughing with the pie in the background as Bobby Singer and the family that passed dean with the pies was the ones that were killed the covid 19 really messed up what they could do
Best reaction i ever seen you guys make me laugh how you react
Aww well I'm glad that you liked it xx
If not, don't read further, because SPOILERS:
It kind of reminds me of what Jack's father said in the afterlife: "Everyone dies sometime kiddo". So... it matters what they got for their eternal life and they have Heaven, new and improved, true happy place and rest forever. So even though it was painful to get, the end was actually happy.
Yeah I saw the Lost ending and I'm glad it wasn't like that & I enjoyed this ending, I think they did it really good.
Loved the ending, but not that it has ended. 🥲 It’s like they stabbed me in the heart with a piece of rebar.
when the idea of killing Chuck first seemed like it could be a reality to Dean he knew he might finally taste freedom and when it did become a reality he finally allowed himself to live. I know that we all always saw this as the fitting end for him because he kept reminding us of it but it's just not fair that what he finally allowed himself to believe that he deserves to live it's taken away from him so easily. even he said he didn't think it would come this soon. to me Dean greatest character development is embracing life and actually loving it after claiming his freedom and I feel like he should've had that.. but I guess heaven is cool too. although he deserved at least a more glorious end and a bigger funeral but eh.. it wasn't enough for a certain virus to mess up my education as well as all my other plans for 2020, it also had to screw up my favorite tv show's finale.
im a 37 year old man and i was reduced to tears
