    BOY MISSING
    The Search for Kyron Horman
On the morning of June 4, 2010, the boy with the toothy smile, crewcut and glasses posed in front of his science project, a diorama about the red-eyed tree frog.
Seven-year old Kyron Horman grinned for a photo taken by his step-mother. She said he walked toward his second-grade classroom at Skyline Elementary School in Portland and turned to wave at her. Then he vanished.
For the first time, the story of Kyron’s disappearance is told in Boy Missing - The Search for Kyron Horman. Based on years of research and hundreds of hours of interviews with his mother, Desiree Young, and others, the book is the true story of the boy’s disappearance, the suspicion that quickly fell on one member of a messy blended family, and how Desiree Young turned grief into advocacy.

I've been looking for a psychological thriller that will demand my love as intensely as Night Film did, but it has yet to happen. I'm super intrigued by Stillhouse Lake, In a Dark, Dark Wood, and The Kind Worth Killing. I also LOVED Big Little Lies, which is shocking, because I didn't think I'd enjoy it, but I really loved how light-hearted the entire premise was--it felt like adult Gossip Girl. I'll definitely be adding some of these to my TBR.

I just have to comment that I love your recommendations. I’ve read many of them, but saw a few I haven’t read. Yours are so impressive.

I read all 5 of Rachel Caines StillHouse lake series on kindle Unlimited read along with the audiobook and soon I’m gonna have all 5 of her books via Amazon and I have audible so I get to read them over and over again! I love Gwen Proctor and Sam Cade and her kids! This book teaches you that monsters are the ones that can be seen as normal like a father or Cousin or doctor or firefighter! This book also tells you that you push away the ones who you’re supposed to trust and the ones you do trust are the wrong ones! GWEN PROCTOR IS A BADASS and a strong woman!

Don't know if you've read it or not but Mystic River by Dennis Lehane blew my mind and left me emotionally drained. It's a bit drawn out in the beginning but it forms such an intense story, it's gonna be hard to put it down.

Thank you, I have won some thrillers lately on goodreads, but I hardly see them on bookoutlet where I buy the majority of my books, Giving these titles helps lot to find books from that genre elsewhere. My recommendations are, Killer Choice by Tom Hunt, it is nothing like I imagined, n excellent story.Lullaby Road by James Anderson, it was truly thrilling In The Company of Demons by Michael Jordan, gory murder story.Criminal Defense by William L Myers jr . Do This For Me by Eliza Kennedy, not sure if it is released yet, or not

This was a really good review of books and I love your passion for gripping books. I took the time to add some of these books to my local library request list. On another matter you might want to check out how to pronounce "subtle." The b is silent.

Hex is so good! I think it's quite interesting that the publisher decided to change the setting of the book for the English edition. (I read the Dutch one, if you're wondering.) Also, did you know the ending was rewritten? I read the rewritten one, but apparently some people (I won't name them for obvious reasons) got buried instead of getting stuck in a church (if that still happens in the English edition) and the dog died in a different way. The final chapter's still the same, though.
    P.S.: I like your content. They're very entertaining. 👌

      WHAT.
WAIT WHHHAAATTTT. No i didn't know the ending was different??? but that's so strange! I guess the adapted it to be more americanized or to fit it better in the us probably....?

brandonthebookaddict The Dutch ending was changed, too, so I guess it's the same one as the English edition. The only difference is that the Dutch one takes place in some village in The Netherlands and the English one is set in the US.
I guess the author didn't like the original ending anymore. 😂
