I always put my tree up on November 1st. I believe that it is never too early to put up your tree. We always had colored lights growing up, so I love the colored ones. Kitra should definitely keep trying to get the porg.
I feel like if I went to your house I would just spend the entire time looking at all your cool things. Its like a museum of awesome! Also Christmas stuff is allowed to be up the day after Halloween!
Congrats on 35k subscribers! Beautiful tree Peter and Kitra! But regarding "plastic trees being more eco-friendly....." That's only if they become passed down like family heirlooms. Otherwise they'll end up taking up space in landfills . Real trees on the other hand are eco-friendly as they can be replanted after use and or turned into mulch which both benefits our planet. And in general, as long as we've got seeds to plant more trees, we'll never run out. Real trees are allot more work to bring into homes, but hey at least they look and smell great!

So awesome my wife and I just put up our tree. Our son built his new Disneyland Train Station and train we got him at the Downtown Disneyland Lego Store. Really enjoy all of your videos. Ive been watching your content since you guys had like 400 subs, I would love to see a house tour, or just a collection tour. Every time I see your house in videos I want to be able to explore and really look at everything you guys have. You have somehow incorporated so many unique items into the space without making it look like a dorm room or kids space. I think that is hard to do, and love the way you have pulled it off.
We want to eventually do one. Right now we have a leak situation and part of our house looks like a construction site. So when that gets fixed we’ll do one.
Love your trees. We do a Disney tree and use the mickey balloon popcorn bucket for a topper, a movie tree and a Star Wars tree and I use my light up Star Wars ears for the topper.

Wow, this channel has grown almost exponentially since November - and no - no one else has a droid tree, if they say they do, well...there probably getting coal in their stockings. This past Christmas, I bought my girl the Hallmark Hogwarts Castle tree topper and it's AMAZE BALLS! We also spent last Christmas at Universal, and it too was AB! Growing up in my old neighborhood, decorating the house after thanksgiving was always how the weekend got spent. Granted, this year thanksgiving is a week later than normal.
normally i think movie ornaments next to traditional ornaments is strange-- think the baby jesus next to darth vader-- but your all-movie tree is a great idea! and the ones you chose are beautiful.

My favorite ornament is a Beetlejuice ornament (also from Hallmark)!! He does the whole “do you think I’m qualified” monologue! However, 90% of my tree is Star Wars. And my Jabba ornament is my second favorite. Along with the Yoda tree topper! LOVE your trees! 🎄🥰

I guess I show my age... I don't put up the tree until after Thanksgiving as that's how it was always done when I was young. It's still decorated for autumn at our house. 😅 That said... love the eclecticness of the ornaments and the small stockings for Pixel and Gizmo. Our cats have their own ones as well. All that said... I think there definitely needs to be a house tour or just showing some of your collections of things. Every time there's a clip filmed in your house I'm constantly looking in the background at all the displays and art on the walls.

If you let it set after you take it out of the box it works a lot better with branches! That way you don’t have as many, as my mom put it, holes in the tree! Oh and my husband now proposed to me in front on Cinderella’s castle. But I think its awesome that your first date was at Disneyland!

If you let it set after you take it out of the box it works a lot better with branches! That way you don’t have as many, as my mom put it, holes in the tree! Oh and my husband now proposed to me in front on Cinderella’s castle. But I think its awesome that your first date was at Disneyland!

Y'all have a huge but awesome tree! I saw put your tree up when you want. Its yours to enjoy. I normally put our tree up the day after Thanksgiving but that's not a rule for our house. Just usually the time I have off work and feel like doing it. lol. Awesome vid
