Awesome! The video's better than the original, and that was already mindblowing. Even the AI generated facial movements were good. Those were the Beatles I loved most: you knew with the next record they would break the boundaries. This video gets the vibes we felt in the mid 60s. Keep going, and when you run out of Beatles stuff, there are a lot of other bands. Thanks for your work!
Thank you, it's my pleasure. That was what was so great about anticipating the next record. As you say, breaking the boundaries was such a pattern with them it was always expected. Thanks for watching!
No amount of fooling around with vision can add anything to this piece of music, which is perfect. I remember when it came out and thought it was the best thing I had ever heard. Still think it is a masterpiece.
A MASTERPIECE for the ages that sounds better than the day that it was released! Films and audio recordings are the only art forms that I can think of wherein it's possible, through the use of state-of-the-art technology and professional expertise and creativity, for an artist's creation to actually look and sound more vibrant and present as the years, decades, and even centuries, pass by. This recording is a case in point.
Going out on a very big limb, I'd have to say this is my favorite Beatles song. I remember the original video. (After they stopped touring, song videos were all we had visually of the group until "Let It Be" and their brief appearance at the end of "Yellow Submarine".) Your reimagined video is simple beautiful. Bravo!
Thank you! Yes, At that time I remember them saying they would send the videos on tour instead. It always seemed so strange of Ed Sullivan introducing a film as the headliner performance on his TV show. Even a filmed performance was a huge anticipated event!
Yes , I notice of the video promos from various Beatles releases used special remixes like the Beatles number 1 DVD set , songs especailly like I feel fine etc. Also the remixes used in the Help movie DVD sound nice too. Great job on the video by the way , it's really well done.
Thank you. You're correct, many of their film and promo releases were mixed differently. I'm assuming this was done to adapt better to a large theatre sound system or to a tiny TV speaker which most TV's had back in those days.
@@britt2001b They did a really good job with the mixes on Help and I really like them but as for Hard Days Night DVD though , they was really did a bad job except for "Happy Just To Dance With You" which sounded great.

Loved this so much when it was released ( I worked in a record shop in Notting Hill London at the time) and your visuals capture 'that time' brilliantly...London felt like the centre of all that was 'happening' at that time, and the Beatles were the magical, musical, spiritual glue that held it all together...Great times, great memories.

I аspecially listened to and revised your version and the version from The official Beatles channel several times.. Perhaps in 1967 it was the very first clip in history. Maybe the idea of the original video sequence is that "Everything always repeats itself"? Your video sequence is designed in bloody tones. Maybe this is a premonition of a repetition of the Great War? (I have it.) Is the idea "nothing real" Lennon's brilliant guess? With the advent of the hypothesis of the virtuality of the universe, this becomes a reality... And Ringo is waving his head at you, confirming "Nothing is real"! George's inserts with a solo guitar are very useful. Another discovery! A finger pressing on the chip of the virtual universe... (Although what can the human mind learn from playing Mind Games?) How many associations your video has caused me! And finally, John actually buried the cranberry sauce. P.S. And of course butterflies! Where without psychedelics!
So many things stand out in this song. Ringo's drumming, George's eloquent guitar, overall lack of harmonies - vocally pretty much all John. I'm guessing Paul played piano and interested to know what his major contribution was on this song. Love the fab four

Hola Britt2001b! No has pensado en hacer una versión larga de la canción en base al remix original añadiendo partes de las versiones anteriores o alternativas de la canción publicadas en Anthology o también en la edición aniversario ? No crees que el tema mereció más tiempo ... gracias!
I wish Strawberry Fields could look like that. It was disappointing going to Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane, the songs make you imagine things that aren't there. Maybe on the right drugs, they would be😂 I know Penny Lane isn't the actual road being described in the song, and it would all be different now anyway, but the imagination is more fun than going there. I still love Liverpool and the people there, it was good to see where they came from.
The first time my mother heard this she thought something was wrong with the record,it was warped or played at the wrong speed.I told her that was how it sounded.I think John Lennon might have been trying to get the effect of a warped record.
It was actually a combination of two separate recording versions of this song. Lennon liked aspects of both and asked their producer George Martin to join them together. The only problem with this was they were in different keys. Martin had to slightly slow one version down to match keys. That's why the latter half sounds like a warped record. Martin turned a lemon of a problem into lemonade and gave this song a character of it's own.
@@britt2001b I heard about that. The effect of a warped record helped make song a classic. If Lennon had lived to do his planned 1981 tour, I would have hoped he included the song in his repertoire.
He's saying, 'I'm very bored'. That's where he was at that time. Was LSD not enough? Was he fearing writer's block? So after he divorced Cyn, moved on to heroin, he felt in a rut.
You have to be extremely sensitive to remix these songs and not ruin them. I think it's a very complicated job. There are many moments in the song that are really brilliant and important and some of them should be treated with at least the same level of mastery, do you know what I mean? Like for example the guitar's irruption (min 3:11) in the original track, coming in through the left channel in a surprising way... with a very precise gain in the sound... That's magic. In your mix it's in the middle and a bit softer in sound and volume... so? I hope you take it as constructive criticism. I've heard several of your mixes and I've been amazed. But it's very important to be extremely sensitive, especially in favor of young and future Beatles fans without depriving them of that magic. Greetings!
I'm very receptive to constructive criticism but I wish you had read my description in which I stated this is not an audio remix. I did not attempt any audio remixing of this recording whatsoever. As it says in the title, it's a video remix of the promotional video. I'm glad you were amazed at several of my other remixes but this one was untouched. Thanks for listening.
@@britt2001b Big point that I missed, my apologies. In this case it was Giles Martin who did it. As I said before there are remixes that have blown my mind.. but when they "steal" such important and characteristic details like this one (min 3:11) I question the remix.
I was eager to hear Giles Martin's new mix (which this borrows) but when I heard how he totally screwed the sound-stage in the 2nd part of the song I felt like I was kicked in the groin. The first part of the song is clean and wide with elements sitting discretely in a fixed position and then it changes to a smeary mess with everything floating indiscreetly between the speakers. Terrible idea Giles you fumbled it badly. His "Sgt Pepper" album remix was a sonic abortion literally the worst remix of a classic album ever with so many remix goofs and painfully excessive FX, EQ and compression. Just awful and now horribly dated. I'll have to wait for the 75th anniversary remix I guess to hear it done right....
The song still sounds amazing, after 60 years. Genius.

Cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields
Nothing is real
And nothing to get hung about
Strawberry Fields forever
No one I think is in my tree
I mean it must be high or low
That is you can't, you know, tune in
But it's all right
That is I think it's not too bad
Let me take you down
Cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields
Nothing is real
And nothing to get hung about
Strawberry Fields forever
Always, no sometimes, think it's me
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean a yes
But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree
Let me take you down
Cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields
Nothing is real
And nothing to get hung about
Strawberry Fields forever
Strawberry Fields forever
Strawberry Fields forever
Get down Ringo!

Well done :) I need to ask... You mentioned how SFF affected you in 1967! I had this idea that you might be in your 40s now because of your excellent grasp of audio mixing and the new ai technology to help isolate tracks and stems. So, how old ARE you ??
Thank you! I'm two days shy of 72.

I wonder how this would sound with the echo reverb in the vocal that was on the Capitol U.S. stereo mix.
Hola Britt2001b!
Hey Quincy Jones, can you dig it?
Quincy Jones is a total jerk
I wish Strawberry Fields could look like that. It was disappointing going to Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane, the songs make you imagine things that aren't there. Maybe on the right drugs, they would be😂 I know Penny Lane isn't the actual road being described in the song, and it would all be different now anyway, but the imagination is more fun than going there. I still love Liverpool and the people there, it was good to see where they came from.
Peccato che non sia stata inserita nell'album Sgt. Pepper's questa meravigliosa canzone
cool! also first
The first time my mother heard this she thought something was wrong with the record,it was warped or played at the wrong speed.I told her that was how it sounded.I think John Lennon might have been trying to get the effect of a warped record.
Could you do a mix of the version from Love?
I could but it would be blocked for 'RUclips' publishing. Only the remixed versions from the 'Red' and 'Blue' album are allowed. Thanks for listening!
@@britt2001bdamn, so no “It’s All Too Much” either? Thank you for the remixes, they’re really good
@@andrewkathe3471 Thanks!
Would love to hear this with the vocal speed pitch corrected
I thought about that but decided it would veer to far from the original. That change in speed pitch is an important element to this song.
He's saying, 'I'm very bored'. That's where he was at that time. Was LSD not enough? Was he fearing writer's block? So after he divorced Cyn, moved on to heroin, he felt in a rut.
He says “cranberry sauce.”
George Martin was a genius. The Beatles would be a totally different band without him

Understood. Apologies accepted. Thanks.
Nothing is real!
Das Original-Video ist im Längen besser.
I wish the remixes would have followed more of the style of the 'Yellow Submarine Song Track' remixes. Thanks for listening!
Could adhere even more to the original visually. The repeated lip-sync clip is annoying and takes away. Replace it. otherwise pretty darn good.
Thanks!
Paul is dead, man. Miss him. Miss him. Miss him. John buried him.

La edición del video es malo, la peli original esra mejor, la canción es una proesa!! ❤
You can't do any better than the original video. Stick to audio which you are Brilliant at.
Horribly out of sync.
