We have the Woodlander and we love it. We have a One Tigerris Northgaze and it's over kill for it. We're purchasing a Tenttipi CP Safir 9 this spring and I can't wait. We'e going to pick up the Nomad L for the Northgaze. One thing to consider when buying a stove is the height off the ground. The Woodlander sits up higher and has a larger footprint than the Nomad and I think works better in a larger tent. So far the coldest we'e stayed in was -30F comfortably. Winnerwell is Definitely one of the best companies I've dealt with. 1 downside to the Woodlander is I had a hell of a time getting the door gasket right and I still haven't gotten it to seal as good as I'd like.
I've had nothing but good things to say about the Woodlander. I haven't stayed in 30 below in it yet. I did stay in it this past fall along the great lakes in my canvas tent and the burn was probably a good 4 hours with it dampened down. I have heard a lot of people mention the door being an issue. Maybe the stove got too hot and warped? I've had mine glowing and it seemed to handle it well.
@Rainy River Outfitters I think it's just how it's shaped. I can get about 6-7hrs if I burn a good tight grain hardwood. We are going to get the in-line stove as well. It's definitely worth the price for everything. In my opinion.
Great content! I’m looking at that same stove and pipe oven. Could you tell me what the measurement is from the floor to top of pipe oven? Trying to see if it will fit in my text.
