Kingdom of the planet of the apes 2024 is a direct sequel to War for the planet of the apes 2017 - set 300 years after ceaser trilogy

This'll take place 300 years afterwards. I was a little shocked cause I definitely thought the main character was gonna be Cornelius
RIGHT !!!! I thought the same thing BUT It does mean Noah and this new human woman will most likely be representing Cornelius and nova and the new Orangutan Maurice so they can keep the old characters relevant and for all we know the Woman is indeed a descendant of Nova while the new Orangutan being the descendant of Maurice while Noa is 100% the descendant of Cornelius.
And there is theories and speculation saying the new evil king Priximus is the descendent of Koba.

This looks very cool‼️🦧🦍🐵 Noa (the new protagonist) and his new human are going to make a great duo between an ape and human!!
This takes place 300 years after the events of War and while some people are saying people are descendants of previous characters, nothing is confirmed yet aside from the director and actor for the main chimp this time around named Noa, having no knowledge of who Caesar was while the villain Proximus Caesar (Kevin Durand) knows who he is, perverting his teachings and appointed the Caesar part of his name himself.
Hopefully it will be as cool as it looks. To now only see the Apes being the ones to talk is an exciting sight

This movie is 300 years after Caesar
The 3rd Film is Called WAR for the Planet of the Apes. And Kingdom takes place 300 years after the 3rd.
This one takes place 300 yrs later. I believe this might be taking place maybe 100 yrs before the crash landing of the Liberty1 (Icarus) spacecraft. In the original story, A total of five Liberty ships were built and sent to the stars. A crew of four in the Icarus were sent to a distant star travelling at near lightspeed. The crew entered hibernation for twelve months for a total of an eighteen month trip. But three months into hibernation, The Icarus collided with another Liberty ship and automatically changed course back to Earth, but were propelled 2000 yrs into the future. The fourth crew member was MaryAnn Stewart. Originally, her pod malfunctioned soon after entering hibernation. The young woman we see in this trailer is wearing a torn t-shirt and tactical pants. Not animal hides. She could be the forth crew member somehow sent back in an escape pod after the collision, or the only remaining survivor of the crew of other Liberty ship, but arrives way sooner than the Icarus. Just a theory. How cool would that be.

I hope it’s good. I did like the Maze Runner movies, mostly the first one. So I’m interested to see what Wes Ball does with this.

This one takes place two or three hundred years after War for the Planet of the Apes, so no... not Caesar. One of them might be one of Caesar's distant decendants, but that hasn't been stated anywhere. This definitely follows the previous trilogy, though. From the information that has been revealed there are many colonies/tribes of apes spread throught the country (world?). Some follow Caesar's teaching, some have perverted his lessons, others know nothing about Caesar at all.

I like the new twist that they’re taking with this series. I think this will revitalize what to me had kind of grown stale with the second and third movies. I like that word re-introducing concepts from the original planet of the apes, but with enough of a twistto make it new

The most unrealistic part of this movie is that there is a smart human female. Lol JK.
This guy with his smarmy catchphrases really annoys me. He behaves utterly ungenuinely andI'd never be able to watch him without wanting to throw something at the screen. America sucks.
