Happy Sunday 🤗 I’m back with another video and I’m sharing all of the current hair products I use on my natural hair! I get asked about this all the time, so thought it was about time I sat down to talk you through everything. It’s a long one, so sit back, get comfy and I hope you enjoy it! Remember to LIKE & SUBSCRIBE if you’d like to see more videos! ❤️
Thank you for sharing! By far my favorite RUclipsr 😍
Aww…thanks, that’s so sweet 🥰🥰
Hi Julie! Yes I remember you using world of curls oil sheen spray when you were relaxed. You are the reason I use that moisturizer. It's amazing. It makes my hair stay moisturized for at least 4 days.
Yesss…it’s one of the BEST moisturisers, so I had to go back 😄👌🏾 Happy to hear you found it through me and that it’s been a staple product for you over the years! 🙏🏾
Your hair is everything mama ❤❤😘
Ahh…thank you 🥰🥰
I do remember you using the oil sheen spray. In fact, I still have some from way back. In fact, the colour has changed in the bottle, just to show how long I've been buying all you recommend😜😜. I'm not sure I loved it then but it was handy. I might give it a try again.
I love Kerastase products. I have type 4C hair and I use to have scalp issues and every time I would wash my hair I would lose large clumps of hair. I could never understand why. I could wash my hair, style and apply oil to my scalp,; but then the following day my scalp would be flaky and when it would be time to wash my hair it would like like I had cradle cap. Would happen to me all the time, from when I was a kid till I finally started using the Kerastase products last year when I turned 24. I started first with their serums: genesis and symbios. My scalp started changing after the first couple uses. I finished both bottles and bought new ones. That's when I decided to try their shampoos that went with the serums, and I have not turned back. I lose less hair and my scalp health is so much better. I haven't tried any thing else from them, but they genesis and symbios shampoo and serums will defiantly stay a staple in my hair care.
That’s so good and I’m glad you were able to find products that worked really well with your hair 🙌🏾
That puff!💗💗🤣
I have color treated natural hair ladies any good tips for keeping moisture in and curl define
I also bought a whole line and variety of the Miele products some months ago and I wish I didn't invest so much in them as a first. But they were having a big sale in the US. They are harsh and not sulphate and paraben free as the bottles state. Only the gel has given me some justice.
Thanks for sharing! I'm vegan so it's really tricky finding vegan/cruelty free products for Black afro hair. Also, coconut oil is awful for my hair so it's even more challenging. I can use Palmers, Garnier, Shea Moisture but I try to keep it simple so olive oil, shea butter, gel, water but I might try some products you suggested as my hair loses moisture quickly!
You’re welcome! Yes give one or two a try and keep me posted on how you get on ☺️
Love your lip color 🙂 Great video
Aww…thank you ☺️
I have danddratf in my hair what can I do
hello, nice hair you've got.
Are these products friendly for a 4c low porosity natural hair.
Hey, thank you! The shampoos, conditioners and moisturising products are ok to use, but the gels & twisting products have a thick consistency which may be a problem for some people with low porosity hair, so it depends on whether you like that or not.
Do you recommend different products and regimen per season. The reason I ask because I have no staples products. But I know products that work for me depending on the season/weather.
No, not really! My routine and products are pretty much the same all year round, so I’d just say to do whatever works for you.
Thank you for sharing the products you use..you maintain your hair well..you have lovely hair. Just wandering if you have heard of natural hair products by Afrocenchix..and if so what you think of their products..
Thank you and you’re very welcome! ☺️ Yes, I reviewed their products on my Instagram page some years back and particularly loved their moisturiser. I mentioned it in one of my YT videos a while back as one of my favs for 2017.
Hey what is your hair porosity ? Mine is high. So I reckon I should too using it and rinse with cold water. Still struggling with a lot of breakage with my hair even being naturel. Am getting desperate. Would love to have a chat with you
Have you tried any of the Adwoa Beauty products? The blue tansy reparative mask is the best deep conditioner I’ve ever used!
I’ve heard of the brand, but never tried it. But I’ll have to look out for it. Thanks for sharing! 👌🏾
Helpful
Good to hear 🙌🏾
Thanks for another great video! I’m always so inspired by them. My question is about the ORS conditioner. Do you use a separate deep conditioner or is the ORS the only one? I’ve always thought of it as just a protein conditioner. Second question is, can you do a video on your night time routine especially when wearing a puff style and was and go? Thanks very much xxx
Ahh…thank you! Happy to hear you’re inspired by them ☺️ No, I just use this conditioner for both protein & moisture since it contains both and it’s been working amazingly well on my hair for years. Btw, I already have a video on my night time routine when wearing a puff style here;

Thanks
Welcome! 💕
Hello.Do you think using products from different line affects your hair?
Hey, no it doesn’t! You can use products from any line, the main thing is that the products work well with your hair and that you’re using them effectively.
@@HealthyAfroHair OMG-Thank you for this piece of advice. I heard someones says it does. Glad you have sad this , much appreciated.
Thank you!
@@lolao8831 No worries! ☺️
@@tanishkacolebrooke5303 You’re welcome 💕
How can I get those products
You can find most of them on my Amazon store www.amazon.co.uk/shop/healthyafrohair
My hair loves almond oil. I've been using it for hot oil treatments, rehydrated my hair, and using it along with a deep conditioner.
Yes, it’s such a great oil with so many benefits 👌🏾
That mielle hydrating & detangling shampoo strips my hair and makes it dry. It's almost as if it is not sulfate free even though the bottle says it is. It's interesting how a product works or doesn't work for different people
Oh…really?! Yeah that’s the thing, one product will never serve everyone’s hair needs and will react completely differently.
Sometimes that’s required stripping your hair. Use it once every 2 months. Follow up with a nourishing shampoo and your best deep conditioner. On the other washdays you can use the moisturising shampoos that don’t strip your hair.
@@chiedzamutiro3182 tbh this whole mielle line dries my 4c hair I’ve tried it many times 😩
@@NinthJewel I am sorry to hear that . sometimes I wish there was a way to return products when they don’t work for you. There are deep conditioners that people rave about that do nothing for my hair. Use what works
@@chiedzamutiro3182 I’m in the Uk and we can’t return products. Sucks so much man
