The three room to the right when you walk in… very interesting? What would most people do with those? It’s like a lounge… t.v room… office ?
This is a very interesting Floorplan, lol, not for everyone, but I will definitely keep the office area

The decorator did a great job. However, I don’t like the choppiness of the media/hang out/ study areas to the right of the entrance. If you are going to watch tv it’s staged for like two people to watch? I don’t get why some builders are allergic to functionality. Just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s better.
