What ended up being the problem?
I was never able to find the source. I literally replaced every part of the differential and gave up and ran the machine anyway. It's maiden voyage proved too slow for my needs and I sold it and purchased a Skandic SWT
Mine makes the same noise. I guess it's normal 🤷
