I made this recipe!...it’s so good! Don’t be a fool like me. I decided to halve the recipe thinking it would be enough for hubby and I with a nice salad on the side...I was so wrong! We devoured it in minutes! The good thing I did after testing the sauce I decided to make a second portion (because we both love gravies and sauces) and I was so happy I did. As we ate we kept adding the sauce. It was even good on the salad. :). Instead of yogurt we use tzatziki (because it’s a staple in our diet and what we always have in the fridge). To bad RUclips does not let us post photos. Make it! You won’t be disappointed!
@@ozencgencmert u r right, there is already salt in packaged foods, so we no longer use salt in meals and we try to use honey instead of sugar, we learned from refika :)

I could eat 5 heads of cauliflower prepared this way!

That looks wonderful, sure I had a very similar plate of food down in Konya in Turkey.. Thank you Refika and Bahar and team for all these onderful recipes. I have a suggestion for a full vegetarian version, mimicking the meat: use tempeh, which is an asian fermented soy paste, roughly speaking. If you saute' it like you did the meat, it will have a remarkably similar taste and, obvioulsy, be a very healthy variation. Again, thanks for all the videos.

I'm learning so much about Turkish food and I love your personality. I eat a plant based diet and I'm so excited to try this! There is some in my fridge now, and fresh tomatoes too for some sauce, and homemade plain soy milk yogurt 😍 I was going to make pita tonight for some Greek food I made but I think this is the ticket first. Much love from Morrisville, NC, USA!
Hello from Arizona in the US. I just found your channel and love it. From the delicious dishes to your sense of humor it is now one of my favorites. I especially appreciate the vegetarian options. Looking forward to the next recipe. 🥰
I am so in love with this channel. I love going you explain everything, thank you!
Turkish delicacy is outstanding.,And u make it more amazing
I discovered your channel today by chance and I have nt been able to stop watching!!!! All your videos are so much and informative and of course the dishes are so easy !
Thank you. Definitely making this. There is always a gobi (cauliflower) and some keema knocking about in my home.
You so more than just cooking! Such an excellent soul you are 🥰🥰🥰
I do not have coliflower but i have pita bread......now in chile we are in a very stricted lock down not even smalls shops are open....and this make me look back to my last trip to greece when i have the most delicious tomato sauce of my life....
I just did it...butter makes everything so good.....thank you...i will make it again. Very delicious with pork....
