@chedcraft_ 2.5% performance uplift at best is the very definition of insignificance, yes. Only true merit of the 4080s is being much cheaper. Edit: In comparison to previous super-vs-normal releases like the 2080 super, which had an average performance uplift of 10-15% over the 2080, and guess what Nvidia did? These two were priced the same, Nvidia knows that they're releasing basically the same GPU and not a better one, so they lowered the price instead.
The super consumes 7% less power for the same performance. Surprising. Seems there's room for optimization on the 4nm node, meaning the 50-series won't just be more power = more performance
@@juhannusruusuwhat’s your card?? And yes we do bro having good efficiency is better then using 330+ watts for same performance, did people just loose their standards because more power is better somehow when performance is the around the same 7900 xtx, y’all complain about every penny but when it’s that y’all turn away like it don’t make your card more expensive overtime lol
60c - 70c are fine , problems occur from 82c and up ,i adjusted the clockcurve with -22 on all cores and while staying cooler it has higher performance and almost continues 5ghz boostclock because of cooler temp.
Damn, you're a hero for benchmarking BDO. Man, I'm getting a Ryzen 7800x3D and a RTX 4080 Super, but I didn't find anyone in RUclips that was benchmarking BDO with the 4080 Super! Thanks a lot for the comparison video!
The price difference between 4070tiS and a 4080/S is huge for only a 15% increase in performance, but a used 4080 is about a 15% price increase which makes more sense. Buying a new 4080S only makes sense if you're comparing it to a new 4080, but because the performance is basically the same it makes more sense to buy a used 4080 for a lot cheaper. Or when the 50xx releases a used 4090 will probably cost the same as new 4080 now.. I might as well wait another 6 months.
7800x3d (w/proper ram) is faster in resolutions lower than 4k. If you are thinking of buying a 14700k, just get the 13700k. 14700k is just a refresh to keep pricing up w/little to no gaming improvement. Although the 7800x3d is about the same price as the 13700k as of this writing so just buy that if you are in the market. F.Y.I.14700k is more expensive than the 7800x 3d right now so just go amd w/ 32 gb ddr5 6000 cl 30 and tune your timings for the win 😄

Insignificant differences, with a good price cut but not good enough.

7% bro do you even know we dont care about power consumption at this point lmfao, if it was 20-30% for better performance, sure.

Did you undervolt the 7800x3d ?i’m running a little hot in pubg at 1440p 60-70c do u think its ok?
everything is stock aside from the ram. expo is enabled.
No I think you Turn On Parfomence Mode in Amd Setting Or you need a Liquid cooler

Bro , you can compare i7-14700k vs 7800x3d in Black desert Online ?, thanks.
Dont have the 14700k at the moment.

14700k will just be "out of video memory" lol trash cpu.
There seems to be some confusion here, mhw according to the setting is at the high level, not the highest
do you play mhw? if yes, then you would know thats the highest preset of the game.
@@JegsTV I play mhw, and the highest option is highest, I see the video you are selecting is high

What kind of case is that!!??
I mean, same performance but up to 3% more in raytraced games, and 200 $ saved. Its only for people who didnt have the normal 4080 yet.
Nice Video, but you should have given both identical gpu and vram clockspeeds. EDIT: Also missing some RT/PT comparisons 😜
before vs before
Rtx 4080 super for people who doesn't have rtx 4080 but they want one so they should to with super version
1-3% more performance and 7% less power consuption for same price
That temp of 4080S 😎
from slightly lower power to slightly higher FPS
I bought mine on sale cheaper than 4080 so theres that I guess lol
Basically same thing smh 1% different
настолько беспонтовая версия супер что даже не смешно)
4080s has little bit lower power consumption, interesting
The power usage difference is due to the higher clock speeds in 4080
dont skip pls counterstrike 2
4080 Super FPS Super :))))))
where cs2?! LUL
Man, you are gonna play CS2 perfectly with any of them. It doesn’t really matter if you saw the other comparisons.😅
ITS RAM NOT RAMS YOU DUNCE
