This is an amazing talk given by Shaykh Abdal Murad, very informative , inspirational and full of deep wisdom. He explains very beautifully how we all should live together as one community in spite of our differences, and embrace each other with love and compassion and forgiveness and he cautioned us to beware of extremism. Dissent has always been a major component of our faith as such we have these four school of thoughts which agreed on the basic fundamental teachings of our deen and at the same time had difference of opinions. He also went on to explain the nature of this physical world which is full of setbacks and also moments of happiness, these are the mysteries of Divine manifestations.
"Truly, ‘Ali is from me and I am from him (inna ʿAlī minnī wa anā minhu), and he is the walī (patron/spiritual master) of every believer after me" Prophet Muhammad

Peace Alley I don’t recall him (saw) saying that imam Ali ra was the spiritual master of every Muslim after him. I suppose you’re referring to Hadith ghadeer khum.

@@riaskeilani2354 based on Ghadeer khum, shouldn't have Imam Ali been the first Khalifa/Imam, as the Shi'a believe him to be?

@@britishlonghorn6815 Not a good debate at all. Loud and without substance. I prefer to listen to Hakim Murad's lectures. Thanks all the same.

During fitna times u can't be neutral...Bec then u become part of problem...one thing which Hazrat Ali a.s. faced was problems which occured Bec ppl stayed neutral and hence end up supporting those who were wrong... Hazrat Ali a.s.was let down by ummah...and those who stayed neutral...read about them what happened to them when Hazrat Ali a.s. was martyred...they regretted it later on when it was too late ..they themselves faced hard times under Umayyad....

That is why Murjiah were declared heretical. To say, "Only Allah can judge" as an excuse is a major sin

It's the name from one of the first famous/well known British Muslims, Abdullah. Majid Najiz took this name but Abdullah had nothing to do with his ideas.

This is disappointing ! Shaykh narrating worn out rhetoric instead of telling facts.
