So much skill realigning to take home in these basic exercise drills. At least an hour just sailed by practising the forehand drill 2, the fluid-double clockwise stick rotate/return at min 8 sec 18 - min 8 sec 34 of this video. Dense-deadly Kali.

Any thoughts on marketing your videos to older folks. Your basic kali moves would be ideal. Cardio, stretching the muscles, improved balance with footwork, and a program more effective and interesting than other exercises.
