@Cybeast3 haha that's what I thought! I knew i had heard it from somewhere before! Perhaps basutora featured this mix because he liked the sound, not because it was his....
@TheNintendoCode (explainably, as most of the composers credited are from japan) Well, whatever, it doesn't matter who made it at this point; it just matters taht it sounds awesome! :D
@AlmightyArceus lmao, I've seen most of it on the arrange stream, a site where (mostly) japanese remixers link their newest stuff. That's where 80% of the videos on this account came from.
@yrllder28 I totally agree. They should have made Hoenn and Sinnoh MUCH more linear. Hoenn and Sinnoh had good story lines, but in a fun series like Pokemon, gameplay comes first. Johto was the best game in the series IMO because not only does it introduce a new, LINEAR, region, it brings back Kanto. Kanto comes in second, then Unova in third. Hoenn is 4th, and Sinnoh is 5th. I still love Sinnoh, it's just the weakest entry.
Storylines: BW>Hoenn>Sinnoh>BW2>Kanto>Johto. The dualities in the original Black and White are so brilliant for a kids' game. OST: BW2>Hoenn>BW>Sinnoh>Johto>Kanto. Virbank and Aspertia themes alone win it for the sequels. Gameplay: Sinnoh>BW2>BW>Johto>Hoenn>Kanto. The phys/spec split was an Arceus-send. Kanto made Psychic way too OP. Level setup for Gyms, E4: Kanto=BW2>Johto>BW>Hoenn>Sinnoh. Kanto progresses reasonably. BW2 are very high but you have time. Overall: BW2>BW>Gen1>Gen3>Gen4>Gen2
the Problem I had with Johto (and Its Kanto) were the really poor level curve....the Wilds were pathetically leveled, and the Gym Curve wasn't that great either...but Hoenn was worse....Gym 5 requires actual Grinding due to lack of trainers, and the other, you will ALWAYS be overleveled for due to the Sheer distance between the two cities and the mass of trainers...
BlitzkriegOmega Doing Nuzlocke of SS, can confirm level curve sucks. And since I mentioned I'm Nuzlocking something, someone is about to die now. $@@$. But the final battle just makes it worth it, ya know? Even if other games let you fight him now, it's not just being able to fight him: it's bringing back home, after all these years. Seeing his legacy, and then battling the one who left it.
@TheNintendoCode Fairuzons is a compulsive plagiariser; everyone knows that. 4chan should come up with some type of meme about him and his plagiarism...
I never get why linear is good. IMO, Unova was FAR too linear. It's basically a semicircle to the League and the rest could be explored later. Unova's map is a hexagon with nothing else but Route 1 and some sea route NOBODY cares about. No other region was that linear. Not, Kanto, not Johto, not Hoenn, not Sinnoh. Kanto was kinda linear but the midgame gave you some room to mess around and Johto is at least better shaped than a hexagon. Unova is GO THIS WAY AND KEEP GOING. That's bad game design
Drums are jacking up all the riffs in this one.
If only the site wasn't down. Would love a higher quality version to listen to
Whoa... amazing mix of 8-bit and real instruments. Never heard it done better or more naturally, awesome remix.
@Cybeast3 haha that's what I thought! I knew i had heard it from somewhere before! Perhaps basutora featured this mix because he liked the sound, not because it was his....
@Posby95 It was listed in the arrange stream with his website three months before it was uploaded to youtube. >_>
@AlmightyArceus fairuzons does not remix music. This is from the website in the link and was put there before any videos of it hit youtube.
@TheNintendoCode Yeah, i believe a lot of this stuff comes from the work of a person known as NikoNiko, and he is in fact from japan
@Posby95 I don't know. :/ Why not ask fairuzons? This came out a while ago on his channel....
@TheNintendoCode (explainably, as most of the composers credited are from japan) Well, whatever, it doesn't matter who made it at this point; it just matters taht it sounds awesome! :D
@Blazekin36 I DEF agree with you
@TheNintendoCode okay...wait, so you're saying that all the awesome stuff that is on fairuzonss's channel is not created by him?!
HG and SS were the best games in the series(I only played Emerald and rest after it) and platinum is 2nd. B/W is 3rd
The Intro Is BEST

@MegaRomain62 aucun problème. Je vais lui dire

@AlmightyArceus Then who made this? Basutora or fairuzons?

J'adore
Unless he gave credit, this was uploaded by fairuzons first, so I think he made it.
Awesome :D
Hell yeah !!
@TheNintendoCode I need to know if Basutora REALLY made this.
This is way better than the Johto mix...
i go in order except for 4 and 5
Est-ce que tu en as fais un en " extended "?
