Puncham puri..very crowded.. but super chhole puri.. im loving it..
The first two places you showed are good. But I personally feel that Kyani and Co. is overrated and their quality is degrading day by day. Because I have also tried their scrambled eggs.

I don’t know about Goregaon but there is person who comes every across US embassy in Mumbai and sells Oslo and chutney and is delicious.
As a school kid I regularly frequented Pancham Puriwala for its down-to-earth Puri Bhaji during my school's lunch hour which is located just near the now defunct New Empire cinema/Capitol cinema which were thriving during their time! It was as if walking down memory lane for me. Thank you so much :)

It's a question to Puja but I am answering as a Mumbaikar South Indian breakfast items are Popular throughout the day in Mumbai. You'd find udipi restaurants idli and Dosa stalls everywhere because people are in a rush and they need something fast hot and filling. There are simple idli vendors who move around to variety of Dosa stalls in almost every area.
All the best if you want to open your own venture.

Visit Noor Mohamadi @ Bhendi Bazar . Try their nihari or Dal ghee along with tandoori roti and much more for breakfast . They start early around 6.30 in the morning.

I used to have Keema pav at Olympia Cafe (opp. Leopold) on Sundays @ about Rs. 60. Also Batata vada with Sambar at Sahakari Bhandar, colaba was good breakfast sometimes. They had a Huge tasty Batata Vada. Been a while since I went to Mumbai tho.
Pooja udipi house does not boast of authentic coffee but in all udipi restaurants they do make authentic filter coffee
