You guys eat better on the road than I eat at home!! Claire you continue to amaze me with your ability cook full meals in such a tiny space. Also you must be excellent planners to make sure you have all the ingredients. You two make such a great team. I liked the part in the beginning where Chad acted like he was going to fly the drone in to his face. :) Also the Umbrella is a genius idea! Love the pictures and the start timelapses.
My favorite part of this trip was the love you show to one another. Awww!

I have that Persian meal on my list to make for dinner this week! I saw it in your bucket list video and thought that it looked so good so I looked up a recipe to make it as well. I have been trying to branch out with making new meals. Although I am having a lot of trouble finding saffron! It looks like you used turmeric and I read that's a pretty good substitute so I think that I will do the same!

Beautiful... oh the salt flats reminded me a picture a friend shared that is worth a google "Salt Mountains of Iran" I wish I had a chance of seeing them in person but unlikely I would ever go to Iran. French toast was very cute... Got to take my first real bike ride yesterday, we actually got into the mid 50's. Been trying to keep in shape during the winter by running up and down stairs because I am not a fan of winter temps... well did 12 miles yesterday At Sandy Hook State park and my legs felt like rubber when I got back to my van LOL...I don't regret it at all. So heading to Vaccine shot #2...you gays be safe and have fun!
Just looked up salt mountains of Iran! Definitely want to go someday! Staying fit in the winter would be an extreme struggle! Nice work Deryk! We gotta start looking into getting the vaccine perhaps this summer.

We typically do a 5 second long exposure and it takes a photo every 6 seconds. With an aperture of around f/2.8
Did you have cellular service? I want to get to many attractions but also want to find my way out with GPS, if possible. LOL I'm scared of getting lost.
We do lose service while traveling, but we make sure to download maps offline so we can still navigate! 👍
