biological sexes = male and female, this is solely based on things like sexual dymorphism/genitals, for example, if you are born a women and go through puberty as a women, and then transition as an adult - you are a man, obviously, but you still developed biologically feminine traits like wide hips and less bone density than traditional men (though, these can be negated by things like hormone blockers or transitioning young)
gender expression = people can express any gender they want, honestly, whether it be male female or whatever new thing on the block. That is their identity, and it should be respected no matter what your views are. If someone introduces themselves to you as Alexander, would you turn around call them Justin because "you look like a justin" or "you sound like a justin" no? exactly
