To think Charles, Tammy, JJ, and Tylee would be alive today had it not been for Chad and Lori’s evil depravity. Chad went to trial to boost his ego and share his life’s work.

They have to there is so much information in this case and it is a death penalty case so they have to prove without a reasonable doubt and they have to do it right so when it is time for all the appeals it can't get thrown out on a technically.
This guys defense lawyer...I'm pretty sure he'd be convicted just on his dislike rating. Good gawd.

Can anyone explain to me the reason they went to Yellowstone?
One last joy ride/vacation possibly a place to leave them. If everyone could understand their way of thinking, maybe someone could have stopped them.
To bad these people that did the "castings" didn't give the detectives advance warning. They chose to withhold evidence.

You ask a good question because why would you want to take the kids on a trip before killing them. That shows how heartless they are all the more. That pic of Tylee there kills me. That she died shortly after that trip. And of course JJ as well. How can Alex stand there smiling in the pic knowing what he is about to do? If I was a betting man I’d say they may have gone there to kill and dump the kids. But the moment didn’t come available to do it or they realized they were on camera. OR this was an attempt at trying to trick people that they were being a doting family to get people off their scent knowing they would be caught in pictures there. Unreal.

Why they didnt just do all the phone location data & read the text messages between the 3 of them in 1 or 2 consecutive days with the various investigators instead of dragging it out like this, also in this day & age you'd think satellite images would/could show incriminating images of days/times of interest. CASE CLOSED!

It's likely, given the-then mental state of Lori Vallow, that the trip to Yellowstone National Park with Alex Cox, Lori, JJ Vallow, and Tylee was likely a going-away present to Tylee, conjured up by doomsday cult mom Lori. It's horrific to think that a person would give the gift of a trip to one of the most beautiful National Parks in the World. I can't prove this theory of mine, but it appears that the timing of the trip to Yellowstone and the premeditated (or otherwise planned) murder of Tylee, were only hours apart. Likely, Lori and Alex Cox knew what they would do to Tylee after they returned home from their daytrip to Yellowstone National Park.
