That is why quran is considered one of the greatest miracles
Allah commands you regarding your children:
the share of the male will be twice that of the female. If you leave only two ˹or more˺ females, their share is two-thirds of the estate. But if there is only one female, her share will be one-half. Each parent is entitled to one-sixth if you leave offspring. But if you are childless and your parents are the only heirs, then your mother will receive one-third. But if you leave siblings, then your mother will receive one-sixth after the fulfilment of bequests and debts. Be fair to˺ your parents and children, as you do not ˹fully˺ know who is more beneficial to you.
˹This is˺ an obligation from Allah. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
You will inherit half of what your wives leave if they are childless. But if they have children, then ˹your share is˺ one-fourth of the estate-after the fulfilment of bequests and debts. And your wives will inherit one-fourth of what you leave if you are childless. But if you have children, then your wives will receive one-eighth of your estate-after the fulfilment of bequests and debts. And if a man or a woman leaves neither parents nor children but only a brother or a sister ˹from their mother’s side˺, they will each inherit one-sixth, but if they are more than one, they ˹all˺ will share one-third of the estate1-after the fulfilment of bequests and debts without harm ˹to the heirs˺.2 ˹This is˺ a commandment from Allah. And Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.
The shares according to Quran are:
2/3 daughters, 1/6 mother, 1/6 father, 1/8 wife
When you add up these, you do not get 1. I think this is another miracle of allah, where the Al gebra fails and allah wins.

A single sign is sometimes enough for some people for guidance but for some people they reject faith even Prophets tell them and they see prophets with their own eyes. U saw miraculous sign here but it didn't convince u, u didn't think how precise this book could be in comparison in number! The perfect preservation argument is very weak. There are 30 canonical qira'at, chosen from many hundreds - and they have thousands and thousands of differences. None of these qira'at matches any of the oldest near-complete manuscripts (top kapi, samarkand, sanaa etc). And none of the 20 transmitter qira'at is identical to the 10 reader qira'at they are based on - perfect preservation did not even happen for a single generation, it failed in every instance of the canon qur'ans. There are other problems too - namely, we have no Uthman codex to compare anything to and even if we did, the hadiths are full of sahaba disputing the correctness of what Zaid had collated for Uthman.
Muslims like to bring up the Birmingham folios but that is a mere 2 leaves of paper, and the dating is highly disputed even by Muslim quranic historians. The sana'a manuscript is almost complete and the interesting thing is we can see with ultraviolet testing that there is a lower layer of text and the whole mushaf has been rewritten.

The lie is what all young Muslims are taught - that all Muslims around the world read exactly the same Qur'an that has been preserved for 1400 years word for word, letter for letter, dot for dot.... then you find out that you are reading the Hafs Qur'an (which isn't even the same as the Aasim Qur'an it is based on), others are reading the Warsh Qur'an (which isn't the same as the Nafi Qur'an it is based on) and the Hafs and the Warsh between them alone have over 5,000 differences and there are still another 28 canonical Qur'ans to consider.

@@divinity176 The Quran originally is not a book, It was revealed and taught ORALLY in 7 different authentic qiraat, according to authentic hadith.
So yeah. There are things(like dots, harakat..) which have been added to make it easier to read without changing the words.
The Arabic language 1400 years ago didn't have dots, the muslims were having difficulty reading it. (letters like ت ث ب look the same without dots)

These are the reasons why the Qur'an is a Miracle. It also contains scientific knowledge. Allah (ﷻ) knew that there would come a time where people will be all hyped up about science. This increases our Imaan in Allah ﷻ and encourages us to follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).

Knowing the fact how the Quran was revealed amd written down, makes it even more amazing. Here is the story:
When Muhammed a.s. was born, at that time arabs were masters of poetry. This is the only thing that they had and with poetry and by poetry they praised themselves. Keep this in mind.
Lets take an example and pretend that there is the greatest scholar that ever existed. One day he decides to write down his most interesting things and events that will happen to him in the future so he takes book of 600 pages, but the book is empty, only the pages are there,and he keeps it everywhere he goes. One day, something interesting happens to him, and he writes down this event in page lets say 450, but here he writes only 5 verses, out of 30 verses that a page can have. After some time, another inccident happens to him, and he opens the book randomly in page lets say 321 and writes this event in 7 verses out of 30. After some time another event happens and he again as always opens the book randomly in page 111 and writes in it 15 verses. After some months he comes back to page 450 where he started in the beginning and he finishes the page. So he continues all the time like that, he writes some verses here and some there, some in a specific situation and some in another situation,some during time of joy and some during time of sorrow, some during war time and some during peace time, some during death time and sorrowness and some during happines. He continues like this for 23 years with any plan or strategy, without knowing what he will write because that depended from the future events, and what was written once, there was no coming back,no addings and no removals, no corrections or editions. In the end, after 23 years the book is finished. What can we excpect from this book, what kind of literature will it be??!! Without any shadow of a doubt it will be a total mess, even though it is written by the greatest scholar ever. BUT, the book of Muhammed was not like that. It was an amazing piece of literature, so amazing that even those greatest experts of poetry were left with open mouth, and they had no other thing to say, but to claim that this is magic. So, they knew that this recitation is something very strange, something that they have never heared before and they knew that this was something supernatural, but they simply didnt believe that it was from God, but instead called ot magic.
We said in the beginning that we suposed that this book was written by the greatest scholar. Now lets turn to the real situation: it wasnt even a written word, but a spoken word. The chances of making mistakes when we speak are much more higher than when we write. Everybody makes plenty of mistakes during daily talks. And lets remember that all this was done by an illiterate man from the 7th century. Now seeing all of this form how the book was revealed and written down, can anyone take the challenge to produce something like that??!!
Keeping all of this in mind, there are amazing calculations inside the Quran, lets see some of them:
1. The word 'man' is mentioned exactly just like the word ''woman'', 2. this world and the hereafter are mentioned both 115 times,
3. angels and demon are mentioned 88 times,
4. life and death are mentioned both 145 times,
5.the word ''say'' is mentioned 332 times, and the word ''they said'' is mentioned exactly the same,
6.the word ''month" is mentioned 12 times,exactly how many months are there in one year.
7.The word ''day" in singular is used exactly 365 times, and ''days'' in plural is used 30 times(in lunar calendar months have 29 and 30 days and in gregorian calendar months have 30 and 31, and 30 is the middle of them),
8. the word ''moon'' is mentioned 27 times in the quran, exaclty the time that the moon makes one rotation around the earth,
9. Good deeds and bad deeds are both mentioned 167 times,
10. Disbelief and belief are both mentioned 17 times,
11. Hot and cold are mentioned 4 times each,
12. Dusk is mentioned 7 times and dawn is also mentioned 7 times. Does this represents the 7 dasks and 7 dawns in one week?!
13. To give birth (walada) is mentioned 9 times, and we know that a normal pregnancy and birth is 9 months
14. Prophet Jona is the prophet that was swallowed by the great fish. Jona is mentioned 5 times in the Quran and fish(hut) is also mentioned 5 times.
15. Around the Kaba there have to be made 7 circles(tawaaf) and the word tawaaf is mentioned exactly 7 times.
So keeping in mind the fact that there was no order or plan how the quran was revealed and written down, what was said once stayed there, there were no corrections or editions, or removals or addons, how in the world he made all these calculations??!! Who can do that??!! Who does that? Who is that author that numbers how many times he has used a specific word, that in the end of his book, he will use exactly the same times the opposite word?!And not only to make the calculations of the words, but the rhymes between the verses to be perfectly connected and the meaning of those sayings to be so amazing, that it will leave speechless even the greatest poets and experts??!! And most importantly, the fact that the Quran was a SPOKEN WORD and not a written word, so the prophet recieved the revelation and recited it to his companions and they wrote it down as well as memorized it. And we know that the chances of making mistakes are 100 times more when we speak than when we write. Lets imagine one scenario: we have to write a very important email to our teacher, just one page, so before we start, we know to whom we are writting and about what we are writting. In the end of the email do we send it directly to our teacher or do we read it again and again in order to find any mistakes and correct them, or that we can add something or take away something?! Of course we will read it over and over again in order to perfect it because we will make mistakes during our writing and that is quite normal. And this was with only one page and we knew to whom we were addresing and what we wanted to write. What if we had to say the same things of that one page email but in spoken format?! Here the chances of making mistakes will increase more and more. So this was a situation with one page only. Now what about a 600 pages book, in spoken form, with no chances of corrections and editions, and without any plan?! Well, i guess we all know the answer!!
So knowing all these facts, who in the world can do such thing?!
And this is not all. There are hundreds and hundreds of such perfect, precize and extremly mind blowing calculations with code 7, with code 19, and also many linguistic miracles that simply prove 1 billion % that this book is only from God Almighty.
This is why the quran challenges the ENTIRE humanity and jinns to come together and make a similar recitation like the quran.

THE TORAH too is full of mathematic called gematria....I respect the qu"ran because it teaches like the torah the unicity of G-D and both the arabic muslims have the same father ABRAHAM in hebrew Avraham in Arabic IBRAHIM and we have wonderful greetings such as SHALOM ALEHEM AND SALAM ALAIKUM.

One more miracle is.."the earth is made of iron in centre"and the Quran contain 114 surahs and the half makes 57 surahs ( center one) the 57 surah is al - hadeed. Which also means "iron"... isn't it a miracle

@Bob & Carol that was the act of humans. My understanding is that Christianity was used as a political tool. That's the cause of this much corruption in the Bible. The idea that a loving God sacrificing his son for humans made a powerful tool for the pagans who worshipped gods with human qualities. Thus either slowly the mainstream religion of Jesus was lost or it was corrupted for the vast majority to start with.
It wasn't to trick the apostles. It was to trick the Romans. Do you know that the Gospels were not written by Jesus's apostles? If not do research.
Earlier Christianity was much better than the pagan religions. During the time of prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, the Muslims supported Romans during the fight with persians (not physical support, because they were far away) because Muslims felt more close with Christians. Quran even foretells the victory of Rome over Persians in the near future (of that time).
Now to answer your question, Christianity mainly spread by missionary activities and colonialism (also by crusades, I'm not sure because I didn't look into it). I'm Indian. In India hindus has caste system, Untouchabilty and other superstitious believes, which took away the freedom and equality of the people belonging to the lower castes. So during (and after) the British rule in India, these people converted to Christianity because then they could escape from the discrimination. Not only that they also received recognition from the British government.
So there are many ways through which Christianity spread. But Alhamdulillah, the fastest growing religion today is the true religion of God.
Christianity wasn't intended for the whole world anyway. Matthew 15:24 He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”
Just like how all the previous prophets were sent to their nations.

SO ALLAH DECLARES EVEN IF ALL THE MEN & JINN GET TOGETHER THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ABLE TO PRODUCE ANYTHING LIKE IT Because ALLAH has made it impossible for any of the creation to so.
