Great review guys! Most excellent footage in all aspects - drone, Brazilian booty, gravely roost, etc. It takes skill to handle a rig of that size and I don't possess that, yet. Gotta love watching Chris Birch on the 1190, too!
Great video and that drone is so sick!! Brent has purchased such a sweet machine!! Man, when you got on the throttle, you were freaking gone baby gone! Excellent job guys!!
Awesome upload. Drone shots are phenomenal mate, really well done. One quick question - what do you use to stabilize your helmet cam footage? I just recorded 2 days worth of rocky single-track on my 450X and it's almost unwatchable because it bounces around so much.
Glen Couchman Ah man that's not stabilization in post, that's the built-in stabilization of the Sony Action Cam. I love it! Although it still has a bit of a "slide" to it, I vastly prefer it for follow-shots than in non-steady-shot mode. Check it out! www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HNJWSH4/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00HNJWSH4&linkCode=as2&tag=everide-20&linkId=UNN5FQDWOURY6HWP
Wow no kidding? It's so good I thought it would have to have been done in post. That's amazing. Definitely will look at getting one of those in future. For now though... $$ better spent on motorbike mods! Thanks mate.
Giulio Buccini I can't wait to get out into some more diverse terrain and really showcase the beautiful area we have down here. It's awesome to get a new perspective!
Blake Whitton Thanks! I gotta balance the props and get the gimbal worked out so it's super smooth, but I'm definitely pleased with the results it's getting right now :)
The Drone shots are awesome I'm so jealous. like I said on facebook I love the big KTM's I am trying to get a 1290 SuperDuke because its just awesome. Great review, and they are that fast.
ok Sumner Yeah for real! After riding that bike, riding any other bike I'll be left thinking, "What have we got on this thing, a Cuisinart?" lol FRAG-AFE Dude that KTM goes frickin PLAID! :D
Yeah, I already knew I wanted one... But they cost more than my car AND my current bike combined! And the car will need to be replaced soon (is 210k miles a lot?) . I need a truck... Then a new bike
Thats so crazy GoatCabeza got a 1190, I'm looking at them tomorrow in Draper, been thinking of getting one for the past few months just been waiting on stupid insurance nonsense haha... Congrats ***** on the new epic bike!
Hey, quick question on your audio capture. Do you capture simultaneous audio to a single source (from both riders) through the Sena, or do you capture both riders' audio separately via lav mic/camera/recorder etc. and combine in post? Really well-done video. Just watched your KLR 650 vs V-Strom 650 vid prior to this one. Was almost set on a V-Strom... now my "needed" bike budget just jumped by about 3x. Damit.
+James White lol I made the mistake of riding a 990 a few weeks ago. I don't have that kind of money :D Yeah the audio is just captured separately and then mashed together in post. That way both sources are nice and clean, with similar gain.
WHAT THE??? I didnt know the Goat was getting one of these! You are spot on ***** , you can now travel the country with ease and still have a ball off road. Remember, if you havnt already, to get an after market air filter (regardless of what the dealer tells you). The rest of the bike is amazing! Interestingly, someone asked me recently what bike I thought I would get next. I told them I hadnt even thought about it. I cant see me ever replacing this bike!
I bought mine last December and I know that feeling. I do need to change the tires and add as much protection as I can afford. I'm far from being rich but every penny is worthy. I'm very happy for Goatcabeza's. I'm very glad you are still making great videos for us. You have a blessed life.
eveRide ADV ***** Another awesome video guys. Love watching you two ride together. Brent that new machine is gorgeous and fits you perfectly man, Look forward to more adventures.
eveRide ADV Maybe one day... I'm afraid myself and the Vstrom are out gunned by the likes of @Dr Dual Sport and *****, not to mention their awesome machines. Although, I've seen a very talented rider make the Vstrom dance, it's still no match for the 1200 GS and 1190 KTM. It would be like watching High School football playing against College. Keep your videos rolling, we all enjoy them! Hope you've finally gotten over that funky crud you had earlier.
Congrats Mr ***** !!!! May it give you many wonderful carefree and fun miles! eveRide ADV that drone shots look awesome! And just so you know, that 255kph is just under 160mph
Man that flying camera thing really kicked it up a notch for your channel. The KTM looked awesome. Congrats to him for getting his dream ride and what a sweet ride. I think if a person really wants a KTM OR BMW whatever the case is they should maybe wait and save until they can get there dream bike. My reason behind that I have notice that people will end up spending more money in the long run trying to build a KTM out of lets say a DRZ and they still won't be happy no matter what mods they add. I have seen people do it with bike, cars, trucks, and even tractors but then you have people that don't really care what's written on the tank as long as it is dependable and cheap. It goes back to your video on which dual sport is right for you if I may add my favorite video of yours. Stay safe
Tankerman Yeah you nailed it, there, too! For me, I don't know if I'd do well with a KTM. I'm just too cheap! I'd feel nervous about crashing it and the repairs. Even if I had a million bucks, I'd still probably be very happy with a bike that I know I can beat on and "love" a lot with no remorse :)
Drone makes things very professional. Tried that bike and did a review last year, all on road!!! What a let down eh? The whole time I was like "get me off of this blacktop" because the suspension and CG was so spot on, I knew it would blast some mean fire roads. I still thought it would struggle in the tight slow gnarlies though. Doing a donut on any of those big bikes takes a massive set. One of the best reviews of anything I've seen mate.
Dude, I fell in love with this channel and I love this episode and the part about KTM 1190 price haha "I told my wife" I am actually on the money saving road to get hands on this bike in R version. So thumbs up with your channel and future plans and your family.
minitstop Dude it's a format that's REALLY fun to make. Pro-style shots in the beginning, followed with shenanigans and laughter... I've been studying... but seriously I shed a tear. RIP Top Gear UK :(
That big Katoom rocks! But she's a class too rich for my blood. I'll stick to my KLR and going slow all over the place! Great vid Mr. EveRide! Just in case no one has told you this....you kind of have a knack for this vlog stuff. Keep it up!
Jake TheGardenSnake For real, right?! After I twisted the throttle on that thing I suddenly HATED being a full-time tuber! hahahah :D I was like, "I gotta forget this crap and be a doctor or something so I can afford wunna these!"
Great video! I never had much interest in the 1190...and then I saw this drag race. Wow! These bike reviews are great (especially the drag races). I like that you focus on the dual sport factor, ie how well does the bike fill the on-road and off-road roles. I love that you compare the bike to the DRZ as the standard (which is about as close to 50/50 dirt/street as you can get). May I suggest that you get with Dr. Dual Sport, or Vegas Romaniac and do a similar review/comparison on the WR450f. Another side by side of the DRZ with the WR250R would be cool as well.
Bill Punkoney Yes I REALLY like that idea! When ColoradoDualSport and Hermit DaVlog were out here we actually did a side-by-side, but didn't get all the test-footage we wanted. I'll see what I can do with the footage I've got, though!
That was ca-cawesome. The first two and a half minutes was very pro, especially if you watch it speed up a little. The rest was classic everCabaza fun, that I miss so much. I think you sold me on the 1190 if I'm ever rich like GoatCabeza.
Hermit DaVlog That 1190 is an amazing bike! With it's release (in 2013) the 990s will drop in price a little, and I hear they are also incredible! I'd keep my eyes open for a 990 out there somewhere!
Great video eveRide! That was FUN! Yeah, I've loved the 1190 Adventure since it came out. It makes about the same power as my FJR! Actually, since I'm sport touring oriented with my road riding, I'm eyeballing the new 1290 Super Adventure! But any new bike is a ways off yet, as my toy box contents got much needed upgrades in 2014... A fella can always dream though! And, thanks to my friend EveRide, we can ride vicariously through your adventures! BTW, LOVE the drone shots! Very cool. So thank you again Sir, for another awesome video. Enjoyed very much.
My Dream bike right there! Congrats ***** , well deserved! Great video and love the aerial view from the drone. Still drooling all over my keyboard... seriously sick bike! Wait until you get an exhaust on there it's addicting. *T4S*
Yeah, I accidentally rode my first modern bike last year. I've had a bunch of open MX bikes back in the day and come from liter sport tourers like the venerable yamaha FJ 1200. So I got on a 1290 super adventure last year. Crap, I totally was NOT looking for a new bike but holy moly that thing was so much fun I bought it. It's no motocrosser but it is planted no matter what it's doing and talk about sweet on the road! The Beemers are great bikes too but I have no regrets. And the price? Well it doesn't matter that much when it's financed. Payments is payments. Yes I'm having a lot of fun with it. You will too.
Thanks for this review Tyler. It's honestly because of you that I even thought about this bike. I test rode one from a local KTM dealer and loved the bike. After your review and watching it about 10 times I went and bought one. So you could say you're a KTM sponsor now. Haha. Love the videos, keep it up. By the way I'm in southern Cali and would absolutely be down for a meet up one day. Cheers!
With all the comments talking about this bike being 18-20 thousand I'm glad I held out. I paid 13,200 out the door. I am also about to get out of the Navy and was thinking about selling it. But this video itself just made me rethink that.
I want to see an ktm adventure 1190 r with sumo rims for commuting. With the advanced electronics its super safe. I am thoroughly impressed with the electronics.
Do you plan on trying out/reviewing any of the BMW adventure bikes? I'm in love with all your review videos and would love to see your opinion on a G650 GS or even the high end R1200GS. Either way love your videos! Keep it up!
Another one bites the dust!!! Lol Glad ya got one of these beasts ***** you are now officially ruined and spoiled so bad that you will never want another bike...ever...... Great review guys!
love vid! new sub here. I think the voice over should be tad bit louder than the music, but so far loving the channel. I think im going to get an adv bike as my first bike. Its probably easier to choose a sports bike than it is a adv bike. sigh.
+eveRide ADV --- You've got a great talent for entertaining. Glad you started riding and thank you for posting videos. Best of luck to you brother. Kinda makes me want to put some knobbies on the VFR.
+dnasplice Anything with two wheels will put a smile on your face.........unless it constantly breaks down. Keep in mind that more guys will approach you about your sport bike than girls. Lol
Great video - love the quadcopter footage. You are combining two of my favorite activities - motorcycles and RC. Someday I will sell my KLR and get a full size adventure bike. You are making me want one sooner rather than later :-)
***** Haha man maybe (if I get one) you'll have to skim somma that tax return to help you out a little :) Jess and I are buckling down and trying to get all of our tax stuff together today! I'll let you know how it goes but we actually just got our last tax form from Amazon in the mail from book royalties.
KTM 990 or 1190 would the top of my holy trinity if I could ever afford one. KTM for adventure touring (on and off-road), Harley Davidson for cruising, Honda CRF for playing in the dirt. But alas my DR650 will have to hold me over.
Great riding along with you guys. What I told my wife....lol Nice gloves too. I have a pair and never used them cus I like'm to much. Great drone skills too....like u have been a pilot for years. Till next time...keep us laughing..... :)
bdseidler Oh man the drone shots... those were pretty much luck! I got 15 minutes of flight time and those short shots were the best I could pull out. It's so much harder than I thought it would be! Especially without FPV, I can't tell where in space the drone is so most of the time I was in front of him or too far behind him... it's tough when you lose the depth perception!
If you can get 1 min of footage out of a flight, that's about the average. If you only get 30 sec's of epic footage that's nothing to complain about. Keep UP the good work. :)
Hey eveRide, Just noticed you subscribed to me and wanted to stop by and say thanks and tell you how much I love your videos. Are motorcycles worth the risk was particularly inspirational for me. I hope you enjoy my videos and I look forward to seeing the results of your ever improving professionalism with regards to content creation. Have a great day :D
HungaBustaVlogs Thanks so much for the kind words! Isn't this community awesome? I sub to everybody I can just because every single person out there I can imagine riding with and having a fun time :)
eveRide...how much was it ? GoatCabeza...well, I told my wife...Both...HAHAHAHA ! Freakin had me dying...so funny...best part of vid...Thank you for that guys...made my day
das my dream bike right there! In the mean time my XR650L and my Vstrom are babes. But seriously a highly modified XR650L is the best dirt oriented dual sport you can get.
eveRide ADV Be warned the stock version of the XR650L is crap, slow, horrible throttle response, hot, too tall, too heavy, small tank. But since it is such a simple bike it is very easy to mod. Lowering link, bigger tank, plumber carb, de-smogging kit, exhaust system, battery relocation, custom taillight, oil cooler, those are just some that I did to my bike to make it completely rip! I love that thing now!
eveRide ADV I need to! I want to do a long trip! My spring break is the week before easter...I'm off from work tuesday wednesday thursday... I'll facebook message you, we need to meet up!
Terruhcutta man that would be really cool! I kinda pushed things too hard riding with Brent the other day to get this footage with the ol' lung, but we could do some scenic roads/fire trails and I could get some cool drone shots of you on the strom!
We testrode the ktm 1190 adventure R and liked the handling very much, but the seat got realy hot after some time and ruined the ride... did you change something or is it fine on the Standard bike? have you tested any other bikes that compare to the ktm?
+ThreesomeWithTwins I've heard about the seat getting hot, but Brent's bike doesn't seem to have that problem. We're going to do a more exhaustive review in the near future. So far I haven't tested too many bikes like the 1190. The 990, the V-strom, and only briefly on a GS. I have yet to hop aboard a Tenere or a Tiger.
If you are making a list, also put the new Honda Africa Twin on there ;). I have also ridden the GS and I loved it. I am very glad there are more bikes in this market than a couple of years ago. Good competition makes for great bikes ;)
I've got the 1190R and in Summer the seat heat thing is definitely an issue. Not painful, but can definitely take some of the joy out of riding. There are various solutions that help, though few seem to eliminate the issue altogether. The easiest fix is to wear proper motorcycling pants, I mostly notice the heat when wearing jeans.
I saw a shirt that says "my biggest fear is that my wife will sell my motorcycle for the price l told her I paid for it." LOL great Vlog! It's great to see ***** again
Great video and sound. Enjoyed it. At the first part where you're riding the whooped out 2 track, you mention how good the suspension feels. Your buddy is getting some great video of how the rear is reacting and I think the rebound is set too fast, as the rear end is kicking up and by the time the tire gets back on the ground, it's slamming into the face of the next whoop. Not good.
Awesome review of the 1190! seeing this video made me think twice about my 990R going on the market in a few days... but I think you and Brent are right - the best dual sport to own is the one for the riding you're planning to do. taking the 1190 on single track might be possible, but it'll be way more fun on a smaller bike. that said... I'll always love the lc8 KTMs.
Top contender right now is an early generation '08-'09 KTM 530 excr. I should be able to get one for about 50-60% of what the 990R should sell for, with some leftover funds for customizing, setting up the SUV for towing, and hopefully replenishing the rainy day fund.
I might be leaning towards a smaller bike right now, but I'd buy another KTM adventure in a heartbeat if I was somehow able to do any long -distance ADV riding. if someone dropped a bucket of moolah on me, I'd get the KTM 1190R or probably the KTM 1290 Super Adventure. you know how KTM's tag line is "race ready"... the KTM 1190/1290 Adventures' should be "around the world adventure ready".
Whoooot!! My mate is getting another sport bike and just offered me his year old 1190 Adventure, kitted with topbox, panniers and heated grips for NZ$20,500 ...... lucky me :)
Well, I told my wife...... LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "I'm good at this I swear" "I just ran out of tape" HAHA! This video is so full of goodness, I can't take it. I even had to IM hermit in the middle and let him know that his balls were being thoroughly sync busted! I know I give KTM owners a lot of crap, and I still will, but I have always admitted that I wanted a 990 because it looks just right for what I want in a long distance bike. I've also heard that it doesn't break nearly as much as the smaller bikes.
Hey, not sure if it's just me but the background music is a lot louder than the voice over? Kind of hard to hear.. anyway love your videos everide.. I used to have a klr 2012 model and want to move to ktm 1090.. I just need the money now :-P
I said good bye to my KLR on Weds. Although a great bike. I had all those issues that Brent stated too. Since I'm now a Versys owner again. Might need to change my Channel. Ride on brother... :)
KLRPilot15 VersysPilot15! You know, I've noticed that a lot of guys get a KLR, ride it, love it, and then switch to a bike that suits their needs a little more, either more dirt or more street. The KLR is a great bike to find out what your heart is REALLY after!
eveRide ADV True...... KLR will be missed. I'm happy I owned one or two and pretty much rode the bike to all the destinations that I wanted to see. Since owning a 250s I enjoyed the dirt a lot more on a smaller bike. The new Versys will definitely suit me needs moving forward !! I think I will start posting new videos on my other channel soon. Rocketfrog49
Can you realistically carry a passenger on that bike with the side bags and top box mounted? Do you think the Vstrom would carry a passenger better? thanks for info,
sorenrules Both bikes would handle a passenger with ease! I'm not sure about the top box and passenger, though... I guess it all depends on how big the box is.
maybe its just me but how about increasing voice volume and decreasing music volume a little ? makes it hard to understand at times. also, purchased the silver 1190 yesterday...yay
Beautiful... The bike AND the video. I always seem to ease off the motorcycle videos in the winter and try to think about other things. The last few Springs, when I've found my way back, I've been pleasantly surprised (not really) that you've stepped up your game. Your videos are more refined than ever and I'm loving every second. I was laughing like a dumb ass just like the both of you during the "I told my wife" part. I also want that bike... and a drone. Question - did you consider, at any point, the Parrot Bebop?
The music is too loud. It is hard to hear what you say.
I remember watching this before I bought my 1190, just watched it again. Great video! -D
By far the best 1190 review vid out there. So much fun to watch
Chris Puder Thanks man! I saw that you're selling the 690 and snagging a 990? Man I can't wait to see what you can do on that thing!
Awesome video! This bike is in my top four dream bikes. Glad you had the chance to experience it, hopefully it'll be in a lot of videos!
AkDeluxeRider Ah yeah, with ***** owning it, I'm sure it'll be in plenty of great rides!
The laughter between you two is contagious. Awesome video
Awesome Video!! Always have wanted to ride a KLR 650 and a KTM 1190. So stoked you got a drone!!
WillRide Yeah it adds a lot! It's pretty difficult to get it out there and get it all set up, though!
Yup, this video sold me. Bought on 6 weeks ago. Keep up the great vids.
Great review guys! Most excellent footage in all aspects - drone, Brazilian booty, gravely roost, etc. It takes skill to handle a rig of that size and I don't possess that, yet. Gotta love watching Chris Birch on the 1190, too!
osimnod Yeah ***** usually rides the KLR just as fast as I can ride the DRZ, he's good at handling those big bikes!
I just bought a 2012 KTM 990 Adventure, and I was laughing and smiling just as much as you were when you were riding his 1190. I know the feeling.
Best ADV video I've seen in a long time ... Gave me big smiles !
Aaron Allan Thanks Aaron! Hopefully I can keep it up!
Great video and that drone is so sick!! Brent has purchased such a sweet machine!! Man, when you got on the throttle, you were freaking gone baby gone! Excellent job guys!!
NessedUpProductions Dude and it wasn't even pinned! IT WASN'T EEEEVEEENNNN PINNNNNNED MANNNN! lol!
Lol!

Awesome video, lots of fun guys!!
Great video, thumb up!
By the way, images from the drone are spectacular! Really another planet, amazing.
Giulio Buccini I can't wait to get out into some more diverse terrain and really showcase the beautiful area we have down here. It's awesome to get a new perspective!
Love the new footage from the drone, looks top notch and very professional.
Blake Whitton Thanks! I gotta balance the props and get the gimbal worked out so it's super smooth, but I'm definitely pleased with the results it's getting right now :)
Holy cow on that beautiful drone footage!! Looks amazing!
TWiGs ADV Thanks Chris! Oddly enough that thing is really hard to fly & get good footage!
The Drone shots are awesome I'm so jealous. like I said on facebook I love the big KTM's I am trying to get a 1290 SuperDuke because its just awesome. Great review, and they are that fast.
you keep uping your game on these videos excellent work. also i legit LOL at you doing ludicrous speed on the beast. Enjoy the beast Goat!
ok Sumner Yeah for real! After riding that bike, riding any other bike I'll be left thinking, "What have we got on this thing, a Cuisinart?" lol FRAG-AFE Dude that KTM goes frickin PLAID! :D
Haha left wanting

And the car will need to be replaced soon (is 210k miles a lot?) . I need a truck... Then a new bike
I REALLY rarely comment on videos, but awesome job, man! Your cinemas are getting to beautiful!
Tudor Stupariu Thanks so much! I hope to put in a lot more effort on upcoming videos, as well :)
Thats so crazy GoatCabeza got a 1190, I'm looking at them tomorrow in Draper, been thinking of getting one for the past few months just been waiting on stupid insurance nonsense haha... Congrats ***** on the new epic bike!
***** Oh man! First MrDuhfactor , then *****, and now you? Haha I won't have anybody left to ride with that I can keep up with! :)
Hey, quick question on your audio capture. Do you capture simultaneous audio to a single source (from both riders) through the Sena, or do you capture both riders' audio separately via lav mic/camera/recorder etc. and combine in post?

Lol how much does one of these cost? And he gets separate audio from both mics, no Sena sounds that good xD
+James White lol I made the mistake of riding a 990 a few weeks ago. I don't have that kind of money :D Yeah the audio is just captured separately and then mashed together in post. That way both sources are nice and clean, with similar gain.
+eveRide ADV Awesome, thanks for the info!
i just bought the R,it’s amazing,i don’t want to get off it, a truly awesome ride.
Speed Play Very nice! I can't wait until ***** lets me ride his again ;)
The Goat with an upgrade! Glad to see that but I'm sure going to miss the wounded duck fest. Another great video Everide. Keep'em coming!!
MaMark lol I loved the wounded duck fest! :D I've still got my KLR with no big money in sight, so we'll still have KLRs for the foreseeable future! :D
Nerb1 Dude you and ***** are some lucky dudes! I was on it for all of 5 minutes and almost wanted to change careers just to get one for myself! :)
I spit my drink when you said 150 horses. Holy cow!
Frickin Jim I know, right? I can barely handle 30!
It's actually only 120-ish, but is still plunty of power.
@@GrySgtBubba There's not a lot of wheeled vehicles on the road that are faster than you, period. trust me, they've tried.

MrKromy67 I definitely do, and will! At least until my money and time run out :D
good luck with the new machine looks nice.
oldmanriding Ah it's not mine, it belongs to *****... but he did let me ride it :D
What is the camera set up on the chase rider? It looks great. Might consider investing in that set up for both riders. Nice video guys.
Great vid guys, this just sold me on the 1190. Cheers!
+Thomas Hunt Accroding to Brent, you most certainly will not regret it!
Dude. Very good video. Loved the drone footage.
Kyle Hutchinson Thanks! It's surprisingly tough to get good shots with that thing!
thanks for the review. lower the music audio volume about 50% at the intro. next time
Next time?
This was 8 freaking years ago.. lol
eveRide ADV ***** Another awesome video guys. Love watching you two ride together. Brent that new machine is gorgeous and fits you perfectly man, Look forward to more adventures.
***** Keith we need you to come down here some time with Dr. Dual Sport on the GS so we can do a strom vs gs vs 1190 showdown!
eveRide ADV Maybe one day...
Farmer Andy lol I'm also bad at the calculations, but I knew he was a bit high maybe :D

If I win the $ Lottery$ Tyler,........ Your getting one,.....wait!,....." We're" getting them...........😎👍✌️🍁
the aerial cinematography looks amazing well done!
snoowbe9103 Thanks! That thing is surprisingly hard to fly and get decent footage!
Man that thing looks fun as! cheers for sharing. Love the quad copter shots :)
regulardan Thanks man! Yeah it definitely adds some pretty cool perspectives, but it's a bit of a pain to set up in the field!
Brent and Tyler you guys crack me up! You guys make the best tag team MotoVloggers! Great info and video!
We need to do more! Also, you need to get down here and ride before it gets too hot!
One of the best reviews of anything I've seen mate.
sixthisoverdrive Thanks so much! Yeah ***** is a seriously lucky dude! That bike is like ludicrous speed!
The music in the intro is awesome. Nice reivew of the KTM.
Great video but the music is very annoying
Dude, I fell in love with this channel and I love this episode and the part about KTM 1190 price haha "I told my wife" I am actually on the money saving road to get hands on this bike in R version. So thumbs up with your channel and future plans and your family.
They are even a weapon on the street while on street rubber. A true alrounder.
troyboy986 Yeah these things are crazy!
This was so fun! I love the 2nd generation top gear format style you got going on. THE POWERRRRR
minitstop Dude it's a format that's REALLY fun to make. Pro-style shots in the beginning, followed with shenanigans and laughter... I've been studying... but seriously I shed a tear. RIP Top Gear UK :(
after months of waiting for new KTM 1190 Adventure video this I feel is still the best one out there.
A ride with people laugh and enjoy like you worth every thing. Thanks for your vudeo.
That big Katoom rocks! But she's a class too rich for my blood. I'll stick to my KLR and going slow all over the place! Great vid Mr. EveRide! Just in case no one has told you this....you kind of have a knack for this vlog stuff. Keep it up!
I do love this wach video again and again!
BTW, what about the "Metric Systems" video (on tape?) :D
Fun honest banter + great video = awesome!!!
Now I want one. Stupid money thing!
Enjoyed very much.
gncc1race 1290?!!?!?!!?!?!! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW SUCH AN ABOMINATION EXISTED! :D
My Dream bike right there! Congrats ***** , well deserved! Great video and love the aerial view from the drone. Still drooling all over my keyboard... seriously sick bike! Wait until you get an exhaust on there it's addicting. *T4S*
Sum4Seb Ah man the stock exhaust kinda has this quiet allure, though... I actually loved the sound of it!
have u dropped it and if so how hard was it to pick up cheers
advrider777 ***** hasn't dropped it yet, but I'd imagine it'll be a big heavy!
MrDuhfactor YOU'RE the tempter in this case! It was your 990 that did him in! :D
+MrDuhfactor never want another bike... hahaha... c'mon, man... we see the background of your shop vids. :-)
B1pig, yep, you called me out right on that one... It's an addiction!!!
That was awesome! A 150 HP man !
hillbillydualsport Soooo much power!
Great vid as always man
SumoREDsm Thanks so much!
Oh man you are funny, that wife thing was hilarious thanks to your exceptional editing skills.
VeeDubJohn OH man we laughed so long when he said that!
love vid! new sub here.
I think the voice over should be tad bit louder than the music, but so far loving the channel.
I think im going to get an adv bike as my first bike. Its probably easier to choose a sports bike than it is a adv bike. sigh.
+dnasplice Welcome to the channel! There are a lot more sportbikes out there than ADV bikes, but ADV bikes can be found!
QuadraPixel Haha man that's exactly what DR650s are all about... they kinda do all of those things just fine! :)
Great review guys. That was hilarious.... I've got to get one of these things.
Great riding along with you guys.
What I told my wife....lol
Nice gloves too.
Such an amazing bike! Congrats goatcabeza
Love the drone footage!
Fantastic Video, Caca-Clapsync?! YES
MotoMaryland HAHAHAHAHAHA! Best. Comment. EVER!
I sub to everybody I can just because every single person out there I can imagine riding with and having a fun time :)
eveRide ADV Haha you're welcome :D This is definitely a great community to be a part of :)
eveRide...how much was it ? GoatCabeza...well, I told my wife...Both...HAHAHAHA ! Freakin had me dying...so funny...best part of vid...Thank you for that guys...made my day
das my dream bike right there! In the mean time my XR650L and my Vstrom are babes. But seriously a highly modified XR650L is the best dirt oriented dual sport you can get.
Eric Fling I REALLY want to try a XR650 one of these days. I keep hearing amazing things about them, but for some reason they're hard to find in Utah.
eveRide ADV Be warned the stock version of the XR650L is crap, slow, horrible throttle response, hot, too tall, too heavy, small tank. But since it is such a simple bike it is very easy to mod. Lowering link, bigger tank, plumber carb, de-smogging kit, exhaust system, battery relocation, custom taillight, oil cooler, those are just some that I did to my bike to make it completely rip! I love that thing now!
Eric Fling wow ! I ride heavily moded XR650L, an comfortably moded V love them both, gotta admit that 1190 is nice!
Hope your feeling better !! Great video!! God Bless!!!
The Steel Horseman Thanks! Yeah the lung was a little sore after that ride, but it was more than worth it to get out with ***** again!
Totally never told you, picked up a vstrom like 3 months after the drz400e...what a nice bike! Wish I could afford a ktm haha
Terruhcutta YOU GOT A STROM?!?!?!?! What?! Dude you're like an hour and a half away! Get up here and let me ride it! >:) muahahahahaha! :D
eveRide ADV I need to! I want to do a long trip! My spring break is the week before easter...I'm off from work tuesday wednesday thursday... I'll facebook message you, we need to meet up!
Terruhcutta man that would be really cool! I kinda pushed things too hard riding with Brent the other day to get this footage with the ol' lung, but we could do some scenic roads/fire trails and I could get some cool drone shots of you on the strom!
eveRide ADV That'll be a good idea, the strom has the stock deathwings (its a 2004), and NO skid plate and NO engine guards haha
I'd love to see you take out one of the Zero electric motorcycles. :D
Fun video fellas!
chriscbc Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)
When you opened it up it seriously looked like you sped up the "tape" LOL
jeff ferguson Yeah I know! When I saw that footage I was like, "People are going to think that's fake!!!"
I saw a shirt that says "my biggest fear is that my wife will sell my motorcycle for the price l told her I paid for it." LOL great Vlog! It's great to see ***** again
Ride AMAP Hahahah that's an awesome shirt! :D Yeah I have missed Brent for a while... he's a busy dude!
12:46 the best of video. O MY GOOOOOD.... you run as gunpowder in the ass
Best regards
Medel
I am a big KTM fan but i just sold my 500 exc and purchased a Husqvarna FE 501S, great machine. See how it fares this summer
Sean Goldsmith Oh man BOTH awesome bikes! Let me know how you like the 501S!
M. Medel I was seriously NOT expecting so much raw power outta that thing on the dirt! :D
My new Husky is great, the suspension is wicked and bike rides smooth on the trails, so far so good
Great video and sound. Not good.
4:30 - best comment I have ever heard you say..... as a KTM owner myself........
JoeJoe Moto I've been a KTM "hater" for a long time... when secretly I'm team orange ;)
I'll always love the lc8 KTMs.
kaianine Yeah you got it there! So you've posted a few things in dsmv about possible bikes to get. What are the top contenders nowadays?
Can we see the next one on a challenging dirt trail and picking it up when dropped?
This clearly shows how much sharper and more detailed the Sony AS100 is than the Gopro type camera the second rider uses is.
What does Mr. GoatCabaza use on his gopro? I love the effect.
What cameras and intercom setup are you running?
Whoooot!! My mate is getting another sport bike and just offered me his year old 1190 Adventure, kitted with topbox, panniers and heated grips for NZ$20,500 ...... lucky me :)
+Wayne B OYE! You lucky!!!
man hope he installed a UNI filter in that bike... Lots of dust out there. I have a 2014 1190R. I really like the bike and this video.
Just had to come back and watch this again. The vision of eveRide with a shoulder mounted vhs camcorder strapped to his helmet made my day.
ColoradoDualSport Hahahahaa! Oh man I got a good belly laugh that you IM'd hermit! :D ***** is right! It's Caca-awesome!
Does the drz400e have more horses than the s?
Okay this is just flat out good fun. This is why we motorcycle!
The "VHS helmet cam" comment was gold.
Stephen Roper lol those things were HEAVY! I remember my SHOULDER getting tired... it's crazy the stuff that we have today :)
