Hi, great video. Just wondering which areas you’d recommend if one wanted to build a modern looking house on the south west coast, but with privacy and seclusion, and not such a congested backdrop.
Hard to say hey Zoe, everyone’s different when it comes to such a thing... you might have to go further west? Or book a tour with me and we’ll go looking ;)
It is close to $1m. I have the same criteria and have evaluated the market for 12 days here in Madeira, leaving tomorrow. It is not a good time to buy currently unless you don't mind getting into the bubble. The bubble might get much bigger too, you never know. :)

Was and is still thinking about buying a house in either Terceira, The Algarve or Madeira when I retire in 3 years from now are the prices. To much money for so much less of a house. $700k for that small thing is mind boggling.
I can’t say, things have changed so much since this build, if you can find a builder, it won’t be cheap. Expensive time to build at the moment, might be worth it, only time will tell

The grass is real and the place is for sale for somewhere around 700k I believe
