Great tierlist, and well commentated! :D I think your ranking is fair, but I do disagree with a few placements. In particular, I really think that Steelix should be left of Gyarados, and perhaps even left of Cursegar as well. It has a great matchup into Gardevoir, a free matchup into Cursegar and a great matchup into LuxChomp (unless they play fire), and I guess an even matchup into DialgaChomp (I admit I have played this matchup only once and it was close then); so basically good matchups with the most popular decks in today's meta. Gyarados to me also feels more bricky than people claim it to be, not always having a fast setup. If you consider which decks are best to bring to a tournament nowadays as the metric, then Steelix should definitely be higher imo, as is supported by the lack of fire decks, and the recent second place finishes in the last few major tournaments.
I also think that GGAMU should be somewhere in A tier. To me it's not as clunky as you say it is, as Uxie lv.X and Telepass do bring quite some consistency to the deck, and you really don't need to go all out with Mesprit lv.X early in the game. First focusing on playing like GG, and then late game setting up Mesprit lv.X to deal with your opponents tanky attacker that is left, seems like a solid game plan. I do play Nidoqueen in my list to make this work, but you are right that other lists don't do this, at which point I agree that your Gardevoirs may not hold on for long enough to function like GG. Regardless, even the 'clunky' variants are still Gardevoir, which I think should at least be high B tier if not low A tier.
Other than that I think your list is spot on :) I really enjoyed watching this video, well done!

This video reminded me that I need to add a couple more archetypes to this like Ape, the solo machamp deck. There's a few inaccuracies in this video but I'm sure we've went over half of your bad takes in text at some point 😛

2010 is interesting because the power level is low enough that lots of deck seem viable. I think DialgaChomp is easily BDIF and invalidates half the format or more but most peoples lists aren't great. LuxChomp is definitely overhyped but still top of tier A, I think it 100% needs dialga though. You can still play a fire type with dialga (Blaziken is better imo). Glad it's on tcgone though, I hope we get some tournaments for it soon.

      My list would be:
      S: DialgaChomp, GG
      A: Gengar, LuxChomp, Jumpluff
Everything else is too bad into too many of the top 5 to be tournament viable IMO.

I have not tried out Luxchomp with Fire /and/ Dialga. I'll have to think about that idea more.
Dialgachomp is certainly a phenomenal deck, and it also has some of the most disagreement about the proper list that I've seen over the years. Nobody can agree on what the correct counts are. Its always interesting to see what cards people choose to play or omit from Dialgachomp.

Can’t believe Glaceon Lock is F on here. I’ve won several 2010 retro tournaments with it!

There are tons of resources for finding decklists, including but not limited to: PTCGLegends, PTCGArchive, Retro-Library, Snowpoint Temple on Facebook, and various other retro youtube channels, some of which you can find on my channel's page. Happy searching!
